The biggest issue I have continuously had is the disconnect between the service techs and the home office. I've been using the service for 5 months on a yard that has multiple issues. I'm still struggling on the "why" I need the treatment vs. the "this will be great for you!" Here's a 5% discount if you pay today. Like other services they rely on google to diagnose the issue. This will not work if you need a deeper analysis of the issues. (Specifically regarding their tree and brush services) If you're looking for a customized plan, specific to your yard, this probably isn't going to work for you. I have yet to experience it. The information (after a treatment) provided by the service techs is canned. If you have a yard that requires routine maintenance- then, this may be the company for you.

Jacob took the necessary time to assess my problem, and I believe he was spot on. He did not try to up sell me and just did what he felt was appropriate. He was very honest about the effectiveness of what he could do and not do.

Chris was awesome to work with! He was very detailed in answering questions, and showed he wanted our business. He seemed very honest too. A bit pricey, but we were happy with the aeration & fertilization. They were far from on time though, and did not let us know what was going on, so it effected our whole day. They do not spray inside for pest control, but since doing the exterior, we have noticed a shortage of spiders. Fitturf uses top of the line fertilizer. And once the guy showed up, it did not take super long.

I had used Fit Turf before for nutrient injection for our maple trees and they had done a fantastic job on that project. I was glad they came up on my list of professionals for aeration. After consulting with them about the kind of aeration, we decided to use their liquid aeration treatment. Of course, the results will be known next Spring, but the customer service, communication, promptness, value for the money, etc. were all excellent.
