A little pricey but they did an excellent job

Work has not been completed so it's hard to say at this point.

I hired Fit Turf/Fit Tree nearly 2 years ago to treat one tree that had blight. I paid with a credit card back then. Earlier this month I saw one of their guys putting a treatment sign in my lawn and ran and flagged them down before they could drive away. Turns out, they'd just completed a feed/deep water treatment on ALL of our trees on the property. Didn't knock on the door, no email, or contact of any type in advance. Turns out this is their regular MO. They print this on their invoices: "For your convenience, service continues from season to season. For a change in service, please call our office." Then they just show up and provide a service you haven't requested or approved. The kicker is, they charge the credit card number you provided for the service you did want, without your permission. They argued with me that I should have called them to "change the service." I pointed out that I never asked for that service and specifically rejected that service verbally when the blight treatment was done. Steer clear!

I have not had them out to my house yet to work because it is still winter, but I signed up for a yearly maintenance plan for spraying my trees. The guy I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable, and so far I am pleased.

They followed up nice and they were easy to work with.

Communication about the work actually being done was very spotty and I did not receive the services I thought I was paying for. Then they sent me a bill seven hundred+ dollars instead of the $180 we discussed, apparently having signed me up for some sort of subscription service we never discussed. Their customer service rep took care of it quickly, but admitted their system was very confusing to new customers. Tried to question the service tech about what work he was doing and he became very defensive. Odd experience all around and I'm still not sure what they did to help my tree. On the other hand they might have done everything perfectly. They showed up the second time when I wasn't home so I don't know.

Showed up when they said they would and aerated with a liquid aeration method. I never heard of this way as I always have used the plug aeration method. I really can't tell if it worked or not since it's late fall, but hopefully will notice in the spring.

Overall, their phone service was friendly, thorough and response was quick. They recommended a chemical version of aeration because it's late in the growing season. I will not know until next year how effective their application was because this is the first time I've used them and it was done in FALL. Looking forward to seeing how the lawn looks in the spring.

They arrived on time and also provided me a quote for future treatments. I will know how it all turns out more in the spring/summer but I was impressed with the customer service on the phone.

Called and scheduled me right away. I will not know next year, how effective their application throughout my yard, because this is the first time I've used them and it was done in FALL. Overall, they did a great job.

Customer service was terrible, I could not pin down a date for appointment, they were a day late showing up, they did not call as promised, just showed up, they were overpriced, they signed me up for future work even though I did not order it, and they treated all possible scenarios instead of diagnosing exactly what was wrong with my lawn and treating just that. I would not hire again.

Ultimately, I will not know that effectiveness of the service until next year. I was not home during the application, but it was documented as being done.

They were quick and really want to take care of my lawn versus just performing a job.

Switched to them for lawn service better than fit turf

They were in and out really quick I left to take my kids to school and go to work and when I came home I had a note saying the job was done. thanks!

Alex came and was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving fair pricing for a tree infected with beetles
