PROJECT: Weeding our property. Totally unsatisfactory. I was clear with the rep that I wanted to "walk the property" to show them what I wanted done. All of our flower beds, driveways, and bark areas. Instead, the next day I got a notice that they had already treated my property and to wait 5-7 days to see the wilting. I left town and waited five days. When I got back NOTHING had wilted. I sent pictures to the company and the "manager" of the Centennial, CO office said, "I wish you had called me directly" when I was calling the proper phone number. Then he said, "Maybe our tech treated the wrong property?" I don't have time to deal with such sloppy workmanship. I will never recommend this company.

First Lawn treatment has been applied approximately 1 week ago. Already the dandilons are dying! My Lawn is a lot greener!

Fit Turf came and sprayed my rock work for weeds and I have been pleased with the outcome. I will use them from now.

So far so good. Had our first biofertilizer/weed killer applied. Waiting for the liquid aeration in a couple of weeks. The office staff was hard to work with at first but have since been very good.

My grass is already greener after one application. That make me very happy. :)

Difficult to understand their terms.

I prepaid this company to come Aerate my lawn. I made numerous phone calls to try to get them to come do the job I prepaid them for. On every call it was someone in Customer Service telling me they would have someone call me back to get that scheduled. No one ever called me back after any of my phone calls. So I have requested a refund from this company.

Last year, we hired Fit Turf to treat a couple trees for Fire Blight. They promptly came out and provided the service and pointed out that an Aspen would likely need an iron treatment soon, which I asked them to take care of. That was it, no mention of any agreement with Fit turf for additional services. This year, they decided to auto renew the service from last year. They do this by sending a few emails and letters mentioning renewing service. Never does anyone pickup the phone to ensure you're aware of being auto renewed, or that you still own the house. We came back from a vacation to find a $300 bill on our door for services we were unaware of being scheduled. Finally, when they discovered our card was expired, someone decided to pickup the phone to ask for an updated payment method. IMO, this is a very shady business and I would never recommend providing this company with your CC info.

This survey is premature. We have just started and they did arrive when they said they would for the first fertilization. This survey is too soon to give a fair oppinion

They were a little pricier than others, but service was great and a little more automated than standard lawn care companies (automated email reminders, etc). Would recommend.

I had my lawn aerated. They were very nice, did a great job, and reasonably priced. I would hire them again. They were also right on time!

Did a good job on their first trip.
