I hired this company to spray for weeds only. Had to have them come back to cover areas missed and still missed the side of my house. I wasn't able to be home as did not have a specific time scheduled so was not able to direct the agent on where to spray. Customer service was responsive.

It's great that all I have to do is call them when I see the weeds coming back.

Scheduling & value were great. Weed spraying with Round Up, my requested service, was less than stellar. Normally from previous sprays by other companies, the weeds were fried in less than 5 days. I had to call & request a re-do because most of the sprayed area is still thriving & going to seed, despite 95 degree temps & no rain! I think they did a poor job or sprayed with less chemical than they should have. Will update after I get the second service "sometime in the next week or so", no confirmation on that date yet.

It is too early in the treatment to determine the value as I have to wait to see how the tree responds to the treatment course. The injections are pricey, however prevention is worth a pound of cure and compared to replacing mature landscape, it might be a downright bargain if you look at it that way. You can try to treat smaller shrubs and bushes yourself, but if you care about your large trees, they DO know what they're doing - follow their advise for best results.

Showed up late with no product in the truck. Diluted what product was left in the hoses in the truck and put this on part of the lawn and handed me a bill for $45.00.

Fit Turf was able to diagnose our tree damage/infestation via email with some photos (no charge). The arborist immediately contacted me and we had a technician out by the end of the week. While Fit Turf recommended additional maintenance on the tree, there was no pressure on the sale. We were very impressed.

This was my first time conducting liquid aeration on my lawn. When I called the sales employees were all very nice and helpful. When u agreed to accept their business they could not give me a I date range of when they would service my lawn except sometime in may. Then I received an email less that 24 hrs prior to them coming out, stating that I do not need to be home for them to conduct service. The part that got me is that I was home the whole day and the tech did not try to knock or ring the bell to alert me he was here. Being a first time customer and explaining that I have never conduct liquid aeration on my lawn. I expected this company to communicate the process and follow through with the service level I received in the beginning. All they did was service the lawn and leave a bill attached to my front door. This really grinds my gears knowing or not knowing if they conducted the service/treatment through the entirety of my lawn. I will not refer or use them again.

Hired company to diagnosis and treat lawn. Diagnosis was made over the phone, not in person. When the tech arrived, he did not knock on the door, just supposedly sprayed the yard and left. I was told grass would come back in after treatment within two weeks. It has been 14 days and no improvement. Now I'm debating on whether to hire another company or just reseed lawn.
