Excellent customer service in the first phone call. I spoke with Jared, he has me set up for seasonal lawn care and fertilizing. He is friendly and easy to talk, he took as much time I needed and explained their products, treatment, and maintenance. I have used a competitor that did not provide anywhere close to the professional level of customer service I have so far with FitTurf; slightly more costs, but the difference being you can talk with a person on the phone at anytime! Jared encouraged keeping him posted on the results. That speaks volumes on a company that cares about their customers, results, and is professional. Very timely and very well done.

I have just hired Fit Turf and I have been very happy so far with the professional level of customer service and the work that has been done so far. I spoke with Bo over the phone, initially and he was very helpful in describing the services available but he was also careful to listen to what I needed and the services that were important to me.

Thedo a good job it seems, but I think they are priced too high. I wish they would tell you when they are coming and how much it will cost a couple days BEFORE they come. I may have to go it alone again.

About average service. Salesman, good service. Technician below average service. Admin service very good. Billing low level of service. Technical issues yes. We will see if the product produces results.

Excellent work, worth the money.

Fit Turf did a great job aerating and overseeding our lawn we followed their instructions and had new grass sprouting in just a few weeks.

Had to get them back to the house to respray for weeds several times; otherwise - very responsive and good value for the services offered.

FitTurf was so helpful in getting us what we needed, when we needed it. Kristopher Stackhouse especially was extremely helpful, and made sure our lawn got taken care of! No thanks to the previous owners who left us a lawn full of weeds - but thanks to FitTurf for getting rid of them!

I had them fertilize my lawn twice. My lawn never looked worse. It started growing tons of weeds, and was dead in spots. I decided to weed and feed myself, and my lawn has never looked better. I suspect my lawn wasn't treated either time that they said it was.

Alex and Ryan are exceptional. I hired Fit Turf to maintain my trees, purchasing a deep feed and various sprays for both deciduous and evergreen trees. After almost a year, the trees are growing extremely well, and are healthy. I have now hired the company to care for my lawn. Previous lawn company was good, but too pricey.

I had a call within 15 minutes, scheduled an appointment to review my tree issues and had someone out in 2 days. Fantastic service and very affordable. I appreciate their comments after their visit and plan to keep using them for my needs.
