SCOTTISH STAINED GLASS

Overall we were very happy with the quality or work and customer service of Scottish Stained Glass. We had two stained glass panels installed for two front windows and a smaller window above our rear sliding glass door. After we chose our design (in-home) with the design rep we were updated throughout the process as to the progress of the build. They arrived on time and installation took about 30 minutes per window without issue. We love the way the design turned out and we are very happy with the overall process. We would definitely use them again.

I had stained glass installed in the panel next to the front door and also had 6 windows tinted. |All went well - selecting the stained glass pattern was pretty fun. The rep (I've forgotten her name) brought lots of examples and had lots of good suggestions. The rep that installed the lead panels and tinting did a fine job and he also fixed the frame of one of the windows.

I am extremely happy with both products purchased. I noticed an immediate difference in the temperature of the room where the east facing windows were covered with a sun-blocking film. That room is much cooler than before. The person who installed the film arrived on time, was very neat and cleaned up when he finished the work. I am thrilled with the 3 small stained glass windows. Even though this was a very small job for this company, they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The windows look GREAT!! I am very happy with them and am considering having additional stained glass installed. This company is everything they claim to be and more!

Very polite and customer service oriented.

I placed the order in December. Sales staff was very personable and gave good advice and options on designs. They marked the order to rush and sent installers out the week before Christmas since it was my Christmas present. They removed an old decorative film on the windows at no extra charge. Also friendly and did great work. I am very pleased.

Overall it went well. No complaints at all. From beginning to end the company kept us informed of the status of the project. Very happy we selected this company for the project.

It was great experience. The sales person really helped us choose the perfect glass design for our house. The work was done fast and the installers were right on time. It looks amazing, only wish we had done it sooner!

They sent a consultant to my house, who helped me create a design for the leaded glass panels for my front door that would match the design/feel of my house. Once the panels were done, they sent an installer to my house to install them, which was done quickly and professionally. I love the panels, they look great and add a lot to the house. All in all, a great experience.

From the outset, I found everyone at the company responsive and very fun to work with. Jill came to my home after work and we designed the leaded glass panels. She was very knowledgeable about the product and design. I needed to get approval from the homeowners association, and Jill got me detailed sketches that I could use for the application in a timely fashion. Joe came out from the Home Improvement side and discussed windows; we later met at the Pella center to choose the exact style and finishes. They were patient as I awaited the approval, and once I gave them the go ahead, put in my orders. The windows and panels came within the promised time frame. Arranging for installation was hassle free--they worked well with my hectic schedule. They arrived for all installationas and measurements on time, and got done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I was happy before they left, including instructions on working the blinds. Joe had flipped two windows with different shade colors, and he took full responsibility for the mistake, ordering the correct colors for the 2 windows without any hesitation. I was not required to pay the full balance until all was done and correct. They may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I would use them again without hesitation.

No problems with window construction and installation. The office was a bit slow in returning calls, almost missed getting the work done before end of year for tax benefits.

It was a custom window with a very odd opening inside my home. I bought an old home where there was an actual opening in the side of one of the bedrooms. They do really nice job. It is a beautiful art work that they do.

They had done a fantastic job. They should me what they could do, and gave me a full tour of their area. It was a great sales job.

They came out to measure promptly. I would absolutely use them again.

They were professional and had provided really good service. I felt they were a bit pricey though.

I just brought the glass door to Scottish Glass, and they did the rest. They gave us the estimate, and then we had the door repaired. I picked it up a few days later. It looks as good as new.

SCOTTISH GLASS DID EXCELLENT WORK, HAD BEAUTIFUL AND PRACTICAL PRODUCT. THE STAFF WAS TIMELY AND EFFICIENT. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT TO ANY OTHER CONSUMER.

DESIGN AND GLASS IS BEAUTIFUL. CONSULTATION WAS VERY HELPFUL AND CRAFTSMANSHIP ESPECIALLY GOOD QUALITY. CUSTOM FIT TO DOOR PANELS AND REPLACED IN REASONABLE TIME PERIOD.
