This is in response to Provider's response since I do not see a forum to reply. The following is NOT true. A valve was not cut off and the service technician admitted to that and that is why water continued to flow and then continued to damage my house. Yes I did not want a replacement because this was all urgent and last minute and AFTER HOURS I wanted to take a day to research tankless heaters and the such. In any case if they replace it or not, they should have known the proper way to secure that I did not have continued damage. I did not have "some friend" installing a TANK. Just blatant words to discredit my review. "The owner called and asked us to drain and turn off her water heater which we did. They were going to use a different company or friend to install new one. i found it odd they didn't want us to replace it . The pan had water in it and the water flowed back into heater from the use of the homeowner mixing the hot and cold water together. "

Chris came out and provided a few options as to how and where we could have the ball valve installed. Once selected he got right to work and finished the job quickly and neatly. We appreciated that he did exactly what was needed and did it the easiest way possible versus trying to install it so that the cost would benefit him. His cost was very reasonable - with no extra charges for 'travel time'. Very straight forward pricing. He did an excellent job and we will use him for our future plumbing needs.
