There was a quick turnaround after ordering they were timely and professional and was the lowest priced out of five bids.

A pane of glass was broken when we were having our house painted on a Friday afternoon. I called several places on Sat. in order to get it replaced early Monday, or on Monday, so the painters could continue on schedule. Santa Fe was the only company who could come on Monday. They told me they would call Monday morning to confirm a time. I was called by 8:00 am Monday morning and given a time between 10 and 11. Craig arrived at 10 and finished replacing the glass in about an hour. He was professional and did an excellent job replacing the glass and also cleaning up.

We had a broken window following the September 2014 hail storm. AS it was a window that was simply a pane of glass we researched glass companies on Angie's List and found Santa Fe Glass, Inc. They were very responsive in coming to look at the window, take measurements and order the pane. However, they completely missed the broken window frame which three general contractors and the insurance agent caught. Once we learned that the broken frame would make it very difficult to install the glass we discussed the matter with the general contractor we had hired. He indicated he was happy to work with any company we had already contracted with and suggested that we delay the install of the glass until the frame could be repaired. Coincidentally the glass came into stock at the same time these discussions were underway. We told Santa Fe glass to delay the install until the frame could be fixed and to please coordinate with our general contractor. The very next day they turned up to install the glass - despite being told not to. When our general contractor reached out to them they told him they would charge us an additional fee for having to come back to the house at a later date for the install - seriously, they made the mistake and they wanted to charge us more money??? They also refused to work with our general contractor (an issue we have not had with any other trade that was contracted with prior to the hail storm). Eventually we decided to have the glass installed but put Santa Fe on notice that the frame was broken. They came out to do the replacement and what a comedy of errors that was. First, they needed access to the house despite telling us that they would not need into the house (good job we were home). Second, the glass immediately cracked after it was installed. Our general contractor reached out to them and again they refused to work with him. We asked for a discount because the work was not performed properly and they offered us $6!! I will not have them back to the house to replace the window given the poor quality and poor communication the first time but I will pay the full invoice because it isn't worth my time and effort to go to small claims court. I would not work with this company again - professionalism is seriously lacking.

They were quick to come and give an estimate, and they installed the replacement glass the next day.

I purchased an antique coffee barrel for my husband's surprise office and wanted to turn it into a side table so I needed a custom piece of round glass cut, and FAST! I contacted them at 9:30 and they said they could have it ready in three hours. They were in an area I wasnt familiar with so when I dropped off the barrel I told them I was going to do some shopping at the Target across the street and for them to call me when it was ready so I could head back home to my neck of the woods and finish shopping for his office. They called me an hour later to tell me it was ready!!!! I was so excited, I went to pick it up and it was perfect! Everyone there was so nice and helpful, the quote I got on the phone earlier was spot on, and the gentleman who cut my glass even carried the barrel out to my truck for me! Was very impressed with their customer service, and even though it took me 40 minutes to get there they will be my first choice for custom glass in the future! They ROCK!!!!!!

I didn?t go down there. They sent somebody up to give me an estimate. It was free. Then they showed up a week later and replaced the door. Someone who works with my husband recommended them. I found them significantly less expensive than the local glass places. I was surprised when they came and did the quote for free. It was very convenient. They also came in when they said they would. They took them an hour and a half to fix everything. They could fix the leak between, where the seal is broken and the double pane window. The charge for that was $40. I had done that earlier but it wasn?t that easy and expensive. I would use them in the future.
