From our first meeting with Frank Garr, we knew that he was the perfect Realtor for us. When he arrived at our house, he brought us two information booklets. The first was a guide to selling a house, and the second was a personal plan for selling our house, including comparative sales in our neighborhood and a lot of other detailed information. His first priority was to sell our house, and it sold the first day it was listed. Frank brought us another information booklet about buying a house. I was getting instant information from four or five online real estate services, but Frank found us a very nice house (in a great neighborhood) that didnand acirc;??t show up on any of my internet sources. We bought it! Frank is an excellent Realtor. He has an amazing amount of real estate knowledge and experience. They say that 10% of the real estate agents sell 90% of the properties, and I truly believe heand acirc;??s in that top 10%. He was very easy to work with, answering all our questions patiently and thoroughly, returning calls, texts and emails promptly, and helping us to complete both the selling and buying transactions as quickly and easily as possible. We have worked with many Realtors and real estate agents over the years, and he is the best we have ever met. We highly recommend Frank to anyone who is looking for an excellent Realtor!

Leah Hamilton was our agent.  I can honestly say she's one of the best agents my wife and I have worked with. She listens, considers our needs and is flexible.  She has a delightful personality and was patient as we asked many questions.  She communications in a timely fashion and was willing to work with us on a tight schedule when we came in from out of town to search for houses. I give Leah my recommendation. Consider her for your real estate needs.  You won't be sorry.  We certainly were not.
