Craig helped stage our home, gave advice about cleaning and de-cluttering, placed post cards around the house highlighting features. Craig sold our house in 6 weeks; he communicated very well and was worth every penny. Thanks Craig!

 + -1 moreFantastic, Craig sold our house quickly and for the highest sales price that our neighborhood had ever had. We tried to talk with several brokers before choosing who to list with though Craig quickly called us back and was very punctual throughout the entire process while most of the other brokers never called back. We were never a number to Craig and he understood that it is very stressful to sell your home and he worked with us. I liked that he always removed his shoes when he came in. It was the simple things like this that made working with Craig and recommending him to our friends so easy. Thanks
Description of Work: Craig worked as our Realtor to sell our home. It is hard to list all the details of the services that he gave yet he definitely went above and beyond what we expected. He marketed our house in print, on the internet, with other Realtors, with a video tour and great pictures and a thorough description. From the time we listed with him until closing he was very hard working, got results and a pleasure to work with.
