I contacted Pro Lift based on reviews on Angie's List. I had a broken garage door spring, and both Jessica on the phone, and Nathan when he arrived provided me with my options to replace one or both springs, or a full service. Nathan was very professional, and didn't try to oversell the solution, but I did have him complete the full service which included replacement rollers, springs and lube. He also provided me with lots of information about the maintenance of the door itself and what I could do to extend the life of the door. I received great service and at a reasonable price.

Pro Lift came out and was very nice and thorough in their work. I had them do some additional work to replace the cables, and price charged was fair and the work was done quickly. Very nice team.

The service went well. He provided light maintenance on the door (primarily lubrication) and let us know what kind of work we may need to have done on the door in the future.

Pro Lift was great. The door is working better and more smoothly. The technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He explained when and why parts should be replaced but did NOT try to hard sell us on anything. Everything about the process, including scheduling, was easy and everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely use Pro Lift again.

After picking out my choice of garage door, I called, and they installed it two working days later. The same young man, Cory came out and took down my old one and installed the new one. He did it all by himself and did a great job. But after he looked at it carefully, he discovered that my cement under the garage door was high centered, consequently, there was quite a space on the sides under the door when it was shut. I bought the door that was insulated because I have a heater in my garage, so having this space was not a good thing, and he knew that. So he came back a couple of days later and installed a large piece of rubber under the door and now it is a great fit. There was no charge for this extra work or the new piece of rubber. This garage door is very nice looking, and I am sure it will save me a bunch of money on my electric bill in the future. I would definitely hire them again.

Darrell and Joel were extremely professional and funny. Miscommunication at the beginning concerning pricing and the delivery of the door but they absolutely took care of us and where very friendly. I would recommended them to others and would absolutely use them again.

For a door this old, replacement rollers were a good idea. The scheduling was prompt, the technician arrived on time and performed his work efficiently. He did not do a high-pressure sales pitch for additional services, but simply showed us the degree of wear. He finished up the job efficiently and the door is now quieter and smoother. This job was a good deal for us.

This was one of the best tradespeople/service interactions I've had in five years. Nathan arrived, got swiftly to work, described to me what he was doing and why, solved the squeak and grind issues in my garage door, and left me with a spare remote opener. I could say more, but frankly, it was simply fast, effective, professional work.

The technician was very prompt, serviced the door, and made some adjustments. He also advised me of some things to watch for and perhaps will have to have new rollers next year, as mine are starting to show signs of wear. I would recommend this company.

The service that Jeremy R did for me was fantastic. As he worked he answered all my curious questions while working away. It took him about an hour to do everything and the garage door is now working significantly better. I was impressed by him and him getting right to work and doing a very professional job, also making suggestions for the future to improve noise and performance. Pro Lift was also open on a Saturday, and on Memorial Day weekend so they got my business and my future garage door needs.

I want to compliment the tech (I think his name was Nathen). Great job, professional and timely. I could have done the job myself and almost did, but I would have had to order the parts and wait. It would have cost me about $65 for the parts. he did the job including parts for $99 -- Great Deal.

Purchased 1 deal and was willing to pay full price for an inspection and servicing of the 2nd garage door. They inspected both doors, but because everything was fine, they only charged for the 1 door we bought.

Really pleased with the service, I bought the service through Angie's List and did not know what to expect. Nathan, the technician did show up in time and spent a great deal of time reviewing my garage door with me. I thought it was in pretty bad shape and he actually explained to me it was not and after his tune up and replacing the rollers, it is silent and operates very smoothly (never happened in 4 years we owned the house). At no time did he try to push anything, and because of that I trust this company and will definitely go back to them when it will be time to repair or replace my garage door.

Cory did a great job installing the opener and he explained all the operation and the code setup. He was very thorough and he said to contact him if there were any questions post the install. Very pleased and highly recommend Pro Lift Garage Door!

I tapped the garage door opener. Bang! It stopped. What the...??? The spring broke. I pulled the release - Bang! down it went. Tried to open it - no way. A quick search on Angie's list - up popped Pro Lift. " A" rated. Spring special - $100 - Sold! While filling out the purchase, Adrian called. After explaining my situation, the earliest appointment was Tuesday 7AM - 4 days later. OK it's a go. Please call me if there is a cancellation. Later that day, Adrian called, said their tech can come out Friday at 7AM! Whoo-Hoo! Cory - the Tech - called Friday at 7AM to say he was 5 minutes out - Very considerate - I Love that. Corey pulls up. Very nice guy. He does a quick inspection of the situation: other than the spring, the door is in good shape. I decide to replace both springs, instead of just 1, as they were the originals. Cory proceeds to remove and re-install the new springs, explaining everything about the process and my system as he goes. Next thing I know, he's done! A quick lube of the rollers later, he verifies the drive belt has readjusted itself, and now it rolls up and down with ease! He then fine tunes the springs, so slightly more pressure than a finger can open and close this heavy insulated double door! Amazing! Pro Lift: Excellent work, wonderful folks, I would hire them again in a Heartbeat! In a word: Awesome!

I recently purchased a house, and the garage door was a little jerky and noisy. Scheduling was quick and easy over the phone (confirmed with e-mail.) Nathan gave me a courtesy call that he was on his way, and arrived punctually. He thoroughly serviced the door, and took the time to explain to me the basic maintenance going forward, as well as warning signs of when service would be needed. Nathan didn't try to push extra services on me, and he went above and beyond what I would consider to be a normal "tune-up", which is all I paid for. I highly recommend Pro Lift, and I will definitely be calling them (and referring them) for any future garage door needs.

Nathan was great. in both expertise and efficiency. I could tell he has done the job many many times before and he is still enthusiastic about it. While working, he loved to tell me about how things work and even gave me an extra garage remote he had that solved the problem I was having with reprogramming the door with the remotes I had. For future garage door jobs, I know who to call.

My 17 year old garage door opener died. I found an ad in Angie's List for garage door repair and made an appointment. Pro Lift sent Cory out to look at the situation and he discovered that my motor was dead. So a new garage door opener was installed and a very timely fashion and preventive maintenance done on all moving parts of the garage door. Corey did a great job and I was so pleased

Nathan, our technician, was great! He was very knowledgeable and let me know everything he was doing as he did it. He pointed out spots where our garage door might fail sooner than later and let us know our options for replacement parts (warrantied under the manufacturer or parts through Pro Lift). I had a few extra questions and concerns for him, and he took the time to address everything that I needed. We will definitely be using Pro Lift for future garage door maintenance!

Received a call immediately after Angie's List purchase for an immediate appointment. I did not have an emergency and said I was flexible but there was an immediate opening. Due to a last minute conference call, I work from home, I contacted the company and they were able to move up my appointment time. Wow! Nathan was the tech and he was great. He arrived early, gave me a good education and without pressure offered a potential service of roller replacement if I wanted a smoother closure. I also wanted the door seal rubber to be replaced as well. He gave me the costs of potential work. I had actually looked up costs for these repairs and found the company to be right in the middle of the estimates for the area. Nathan performed the work with ease and I have a repair checked off of my to-do list. I will use this company again and will suggest to my neighbors.
