Prompt, throrough, exactly what I paid for.

Overall it was alright. The rollers needed replacing so that was fine. I was asked several times to update several aspects of the garage door that did not need replacing. He mentioned that the bearings were worn, and showed me grease on his finger when he went to touch that area, but later I touched the same area and there was no grease or debris so I am unsure if the recommendations that were made to replace the springs, and bearings was a correct one. My springs are 3 years old and he said that they were incorrect for my door. But the door has been working fine without any issue except for the cold snap we had several weeks back. All in all I would do business with them again, but only what I needed to have done.

What can I say other than it went very well, there are no details except as listed above. Doors now operate more smoothly and are quieter.

I was a little put-off when the first thing he said was that I needed a new strut on a section of the door. Of course he was correct and he certainly did replace it. I can't speak to any other service he performed since it was cold and I came inside. He worked quickly and as far as I could tell did an adequate job. The door is very quiet and is more stable now. I do appreciate that. He checked all the other service categories as good, so I assume they were performed. He worked very quickly.

I had purchased a garage door servicing through an Angie's List Big Deal just before Christmas. When I had not heard from the company a week later, I emailed them and received a telephone call almost immediately. I explained that I was experiencing problems with the door closing, which would probably require more than the Big Deal offer and they said they could have a technician there that evening. The technician called when he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He did, indeed, have to do more than the Big Deal offer. After consulting us about costs and alternatives, we authorized him to do what was necessary in order to make it work properly, all of which he did efficiently. The cost was, of course, considerably more than the original payment, but the upshot is that the door now operates better and more quietly than it has since we bought the property. It was worth it.

The tech said the door was square, although it still has a slight gap along one side when the door is closed. He installed longer gauge wheels and said that's all it needed. Apparently he didn't feel the need to adjust anything further to fix the gap.

When they did not call to set up an appointment within a week, I called them. They scheduled a technician for that same day. He came out at the time promised, took a look at my garage door and told me that it was so old that they no longer carried the rollers that would fit it. (New rollers were part of the deal.) Basically he was unable to do the tune-up that I paid for. He was very courteous, gave me a "No charge" receipt, and was gone. Nobody's fault it didn't work out.

Mike called saying he was running a little behind. He arrived when he said he would. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He went straight to his work. When he was done, we had a level, quiet garage door. Very happy with the service.

He arrived on time, serviced the door, made a repair at a reasonable cost, and spent time explaining the issues with the door. I was very satisfied.

used coupon and they replaced 10 rollers, lubed, and adjusted door. |I also used the company in October. The replace both torsion springs, and three bearings. Service was prompt and great. My door works like new.

It was great; there was a little mix up on the phone number but he showed here within a couple of hours. He was very polite, explained everything that he did real well and zip zap and that was it. All his workmen are nice guys.

The gentleman was very nice but felt like he was there to upsell fromt he $89 I purchased from Angie's. He did find a couple issues with the door I had not noticed which was good and could fix for a price. Also suggested to replace the springs whihc we did and was the bulk of the extra charges. He also replaced the rubber moulding at the bootm of the door which ran approx $120. I was at Hoem Dport the following day and priced the same moulding for $15. I don't mind folks amking a profit but $100+ markup is upsurd and would never use these folks again.

The technician found the above mentioned problems lurking. He fully explained the need to address these issues that day or at least in the near future before winter hits. He also explained pricing. Surpassing expectations he also set up our entry code since it was unknown when we bought the house last year. He did not charge for this and he had to take time to research the product and how to change codes. Door works beautifully now.

The provider was prompt in response to our contact, came at appointed time, did the work and the door works better than when we bought the house new 5 years ago.

I am happy with the service they did so far and the door seems to be working fine.

They completed the job quickly and efficiently. My garage has never been so quite. I am so happy and will always call on them for any other problems that may occur. I am very very very happy.

The repairman was very nice. Showed up on time and was courteous. He did the work pretty quick. The big deal was replacement of the garage door rollers and basic door service. Right after he replaced the rollers the door was operating smoothly and quietly. After a couple of days I noticed that the rollers started to go a little off center. I don't know a good way to explain but it looks like the rollers are rolling at an angle and not parallel with the track. I looked a little closer and it looks like the pins that connect to the door are not the right diameter. In other words, the hole on the bracket is bigger than the pin by quite a bit. Now the door is making noises louder than before. I am going to bring out a different contractor to take a look. I would still recommend this company because they are professional but I would be a little leary of the big deal because it may be that they are so pushed for time that the right parts may not be on hand.

The technician arrived early but waited for us to return home. He straighted areas of the door rails, replaced the rollers. corrected some hinges that were installed incorrectly and adjusted the opener. The door runs smooth and much quieter.

They ran late getting her but called well in advance to ask if I wanted to reschedule, but they would be happy to still come and work as late as it took to complete the job. Very professional and did a great job.

Great. He told us we had new springs and that everything was looking great. We also paid for new rollers, but he told us the rollers were new and didnt need replaced so he gave us the ones we purchased for replacement at a later date when needed.

He said that changing the rollers, tightening the screws, and lubing it all would not close the gap at the bottom of my door, but as I thought, it almost fixed it all. He told me that I would need to mud jack my floor because it had settled. It has not settled in years.
