It went well, he was timely, helpful and informative as far as how to maintain the door, chain and springs in this type of dry climate.

These guys are great. Cory came out and gave me an estimate which wound up being the actual price. No bait and switch here. Cory and Nathan came out and installed the door and the motor with no apparent issues. They know what they are doing. They applied the 10% off coupon as indicated with no games also. They also gave me a 5 year warranty on everything where other places only offered one year. They did a great job.

I had a Genie door lift go out after only 5 years. Pro Lift ran a special on a Liftmaster 1/2 hp belt drivin w/ new rollers and adjustment with Install for only 350.00. Awesome Deal. I had them add on a Touchpad to the outside for additional 60, but the tech suggested I pick one up at the local hardware store for 40 to save some money, which was a thoughtful suggestion I thought. I opted to go with his since I was running out of time. The best thing about this door lift is it has a lifetime warranty. Gotta love that. The tech was nice, thorough and tidy. I would definitely use again on the other door since this one is good now.

Excellent! We purchased an Angie's List deal, they called shortly after and came the same day. Installer was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very skilled.

The team was very fast, responsive, professional and provided a positive experience. The garage door tech arrived on time inspected our garage door, lubricated the rails/rollers and made sure everything was up to par (we just bought the home). He noticed a couple not-part-of-the-deal issues and recommended services his company could do to help. I have no complaints whatsoever as to our experience. Reflecting on this, however, I'm just not sure the value of the deal was worth it. I think paying a few bucks for a pro to bless your new home's old garage is worth the peace of mind (it is), but we may have been able to achieve the same result with just some lube and a ladder. The deal was very clearly stated and services were all performed, so this is just me being finicky; but otherwise everything was great.

Was contacted within just a few hours of purchasing the deal on Angie's List. Appointment was set for more preferred date and time. The person I spoke to was personable and professional in setting the appointment. Cory arrived on time and performed an inspection, lube and tune up. The service was what you'd expect for a tune up. It wasn't anything exceptional but was ok for the money. I will shop the deals for the next service, so don't know if this will be the company we use again.

Did the standard garage door tune-up as well as tightened all the bolts on the inside of the garage door. My door is 33 + years old and has had good care. He had good suggestions for continued maintenance.

Nathan arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate for the needed repair, and performed the work neatly and professionally at the agreed upon price.

Cory called approximately 30 minutes prior to the agreed time. He was very polite and professional. He explained the type of door I had and what he would be doing. I'm really appreciative of the information he provided me. He was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes. In addition to the tune-up/lube job, he replaced a couple of bolts that were missing on the hardware. Pro Lift is a company I will use again.

Great service. Technician was here when he said he would be and was a nice guy and very helpful. Deal was for inspection and lubrication, but he diagnosed a problem I was having with the door and fixed it for the $39 deal price. In addition, he lubricated a second garage door, showed me how to do the lubrication and told me what product to get to do that piece of maintenance myself. Could not have been more pleased!

We just moved into our house and the garage door was really loud, clearly needed lubrication and we didn't know what else. He did a great job and the noise is much less. The technician carefully explained by options, offering pricing.

Jeremy R was highly professional. He explained in detail the issues with my garage door, all which were repairable. Jeremy didn't try to sell me a new door but instead explained, unless I wanted to spend a lot more money, the door still had more years until replacement. I was quite please with Pro Lift. No doubt I'll use them again!!!

Darrell and Joel were extremely professional and funny. Miscommunication at the beginning concerning pricing and the delivery of the door but they absolutely took care of us and where very friendly. I would recommended them to others and would absolutely use them again.

I was not home during his visit but spoke to him on the phone. He insisted on replacing both springs even though the one spring was replaced earlier. I did not agree to the price he quoted - he replied that he had already started the work and that my room mate said it was ok. He was pushy and even though I made it clear that he was to deal with me since I would be paying for the servivce proceed to start repairs anyway.I would not recomend the this business to anyone.

They came out, replaced all rollers, adjusted the garage door and tuned it up and got the job done fast and at the price they quoted. Fantastic trustworthy service.

My experience was great! They showed up on time. The technician was very professional and courteous. He was here for about an hour. He explained to me how everything worked and inspected the rollers and gave me honest feedback about them. He gave me recommendations on a garage door opener. He was very informative.

The big deal was great. They did what they said they would do, they were fast, and he was extremely knowledgeable, and gave me more information than I needed. I would hire them.

I explained that I had had a spring replaced in June 2013 for the garage door. He informed me that I needed to have both springs replaced. I asked for the price and he quoted about $750.00. I told him that I did not have the money to replace both springs. I was told that he either replaced both or none. At the time I was at work and communication with the repair man was by phone. When the repairman told me the price I told him I wanted to think about it and possible reschedule. The repairman then told me that my roommate (who was at the house at the time) had okand acirc;??d the work and that he was almost done. I was very frustrated that he had to replace the both springs and other work when only one spring was needed. He was very pushy and seemed to be interested in what he could add to the bill - not in providing good customer service as well as quality service. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or acquaintances for any type of service.

It was okay. They adjusted some settings, moved the garage door and replaced the rollers. It didn’t fix the entire problem because I had some years going bad with the garage door opener. He replaced them, it was about $300 and I replaced them myself for $30. He said the garage door is going bad and I need to change the garage door opener. He was knowledgeable and knows what he was doing and he was able to kind of fix the issue.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. I thought they were fabulous. He did a great job. I didn't have any bad experience. I thought they were wonderful. I thought the price was great, they did it in a very rapid timely manner. He did a great job, he explained what he was going to do, he explained why he was going to do it. He told me how to take care of the maintenance of what needed to be oiled and what didn't. I thought they were great.

I forget although we did have additional work done beyond the initial estimate.
