The company did a great job. Quick turnaround on schedules and on time appointments. Nick, Steph and Alex did a great job!

We had the main windows done by Power Windows in 2021 and now we had them do the windows on our outbuilding and mudroom. The entire process has been great from start to finish. The windows are fantastic, keeps the heat out in the summer and cold out in the winter. The sales(Davis, Jack, and Brad) and work crew(headed by Gus) have been very up front and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Overall the installation of my new door was fantastic. From the initial consultation with Patrick, the follow up with Steph, and the install with Gus, the entire experience was easy and everyone was super professional. The new door looks great and I couldn’t be more happy with the entire process.

I have used Power for multiple home window and door installation projects in my house. They are very professional from start to finish. Charles and both Blake’s are very professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish all projects went smoothly! I highly recommend Power.

From Talisa's initial inspection to Jack's double checking everything to Blake's quality inspection, everything has been very professional, punctual, and up front about everything. They have been fantastic to work with and, of all the projects that we have had done, they have made this the easiest and most pleasant experience. On top of everything, they have not made us feel pressured to go through anything we weren't solid on doing.

So getting windows is a daunting experience but going through Power Home Remodeling was super comfortable! My initial remodeling consultant Zach did NOT come in with a high pressure sales pitch, but sold us on the company and the product and made sure we had all the info we needed to make the right decision. He also got us every possible discount he could. After Zach, Shannon took all the detailed measurements and made sure we were set up and ready for what to expect during the install - quick and efficient she was still amazing. Finally on the day of install - Alex was there in time and so friendly, making sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. At the end he also made sure I knew how each window functioned and walked me through all of them to make sure they worked as expected and I was able to operate them myself. He and his crew were friendly and professional and had the job done in just under 4 hours. So happy with how things worked out!

A++ highly recommended. They were top notch customer service, has a great product. Everyone was willing to take time to explain the process and answer questions. Showed up when they scheduled. Crews were professional and courteous. fast install, and performed a quality inspection. Zack and Carey were the leads on our install and were great to work with and knowledgable.

Ty was very thorough and professional and covered all the products I was interested in. I would highly recommend, and will pr9bably use again for my next project.

My consultant Ken was extremely professional for the entirety of his visit prior to starting gutter and trim replacements. There was full disclosure of every important detail of the work and so far the installation has gone very smoothly. They will be gladly rehired for any future remodeling work.

Great job on installing our windows! It was great from start to finish working with Justin and Harry. Dejuan went above and beyond to address our main concern. Gus and crew were professional and timely.

Unfortunately, the company is uneducated and the worst work I’ve seen as a house owner. The company doesn’t follow construction or installation codes in CO. The company is originally from the east region. Therefore, Instead of educating themselves and ensuring an excellent job in the area where my home is CO, they caused excessive damage and didn’t replace my siding. Instead, they installed siding over old siding, lied about inspecting any walls for replacement (I paid for the material), had the wrong spacing between nails when installing it over the old siding, and caused thousands of dollars in damage by covering the weep holes of my windows. Unfortunately, I was a 1st time owner when I contracted them. After researching, I found all the codes they violated because they were incompetent about the codes in my region. Please don’t contract them. There are many better contractors, so research where any contractor is from. Unfortunately, the company continues to be negligent and will not work with you to resolve its wrongdoing.

Power is awesome! They came in half the cost of Renewal by Andersen. Everyone was awesome from Jake to Shannon, and the crew Tadas and Linus!!! My neighbor is even getting her windows done by them too!

Anna was great, very friendly and informative with the process and scope of work. Our project was 18 windows and 1 slider door. Install, finishing touches and clean up was done in one day. The install team was friendly, polite and was able to answer our questions. The install team was also very dog friendly!

Talisa was extremely professional and knowledgeable. This was our third install and we love our windows!

I had nine windows replaced. All of the people from Power were wonderful to work with. The windows have all of the features I was looking for. Installation was quick and efficient. I’m very happy with my experience.

Wow, very disappointing....heard great things about Power. I called to explain my situation with previous roofer and siding challenges. Asked to have Power to come out and review. Manager said, "sorry, we cannot come get involved with insurance." I told them it is me they are dealing with, not insurance. Told cannot come out unless insurance looks at it first and pays upfront..... Manager was QUICK to say NO and not understand the opportunity. I guess they only offer Estimates and Expert Opinions to the easy projects....too bad. NOT IMPRESSED at this lack of customer service or potential customer service.

They did a great job from the sales/education to the install and quality assurance. Definitely above average experience for home renovation services.

They sales person spent 3 HOURS at our home explaining the windows. The customer service was inconsistent and unreliable. My mother had to call to clarify times of service. VERY UNORGANIZED. She could never reach the same person. Customer Service personnel didn't return her call on two occasions regarding changes to the installment schedule. They didn't call to ask if they could change the installment times. Our time was not valuable to them. The installation crews were great, but they are all subcontractors. Very very poor customer service.

Reasonable price, good quality windows, but the sliding glass door was poorly designed and flimsy construction. Security features don’t work. Crew was great but no follow up. One screen was incorrectly configured, and I was told a replacement would be here in a month. Still waiting.

The actual installation went very smoothly!! The foreman and he crew were professional and efficient and friendly. They were done in less than five hours including clean up. On the other hand, getting the financing documentation completed was a hassle. Since I am not yet able to communicate verbally due to a surgery on my throat, my sister who is my POA and who lives in Austin, TX had to speak on my behalf. So a representative from Power Home Remodeling in Austin went to her home to confirm and complete the final documentation. Wonderful, however my sister and I were stressed out about the whole situation. I requested that communication with me be done via email or text. I also offered to visit the Power Home Remodeling office in Centennial, CO. I also request that a representative come to my residence to complete the documentation in person. So, basically the whole process of completing , confirming, and verifying the financial documents was an unnecessary waste of time.

We do not take spending money lightly or make impulsive decisions of this magnitude. However, from the very beginning to the end of the project every person has been professional and personable. Trevor and Alex were the face of this company. Without their positive representation we would not have allowed this company to come into our home. Ashley was very knowledgeable of the products. She explained everything, answered questions and was not pushy. Carl came out to measure for our windows and doors, and continued that same energy. On the day of installation Justin and his crew arrived, greeted us and got right to work. Because we had windows and doors installed they were here two days. Each one of the crew was professional and courteous. They were efficient and meticulously cleaned up everything in our home and yard. The windows and doors are outstanding. They are just beautiful! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to let Power into our home.
