+ -1 moreSatisfactory. Chuck was very professional and courteous, and explained that unless the problem is severe and constant, it can be difficult to determine where the problem is.
Description of Work: Checked the flushing of the toilets, adjusted flaps and filler floats. Recommended having the main sewer line roto-rooted if problems recur.

+ -1 moreTHE REPAIR DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. HE SAID THAT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT THE ISSUE AND I WOULD NEED A SECOND PLUMBER TO COME AND TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I DID GET SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY DID FIND AND FIX THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: WE COULD NOT GET HOT WATER AT OUR MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER UNLESS WE TURNED ON THE SINK FAUCET FIRST. HE REPLACED A DIPPER TUB IN THE HOT WATER TANK.
