 + 0 moreIn the fall of 2009 suddenly they didn't answer their phone, didn't come to the door of their office, and appeared to be out of business. As result, our whole irrigation system froze and we have thousands of dollars in damage because they suddenly vanished.
Description of Work: From 2006 through 2008 Outback winterized our sprinkler system each autumn.

 + -1 moreAlthough I had tried to get various landscape firms to come for estimates and actually show up for the job once accepted, this company promptly gave me an estimate and once accepted, actually fulfilled the contract. Every dealing was prompt, courteous, and because I took off work for the job, I was able to get the work performed to my exact specifications by talking to the foreman Sammy. The crew was excellent. This was not the least expensive estimate however they were very professional and I trust the company now.I learned of this company through a fence company owner after Randy Walker of Budget Landscape failed to show on two different occasions after I contracted for work from him. I would recommend this company without reservation. The workman are very fast and I added about $5000 worth of work when I saw that they were going to complete the original contract early.
Description of Work: Retaining walls and backfill slope, sprinkler system, replace sod and edging, flagstone walkway.
