Omni Sprinkler Service and Landscaping

Everything was explained with a printed diagram and marked with flags. When the job was done I was surprised to see they had swapped out all my nozzles for a different system, removed a head I needed, and added a head to a zone I asked to have capped off. All liberties taken with no prior discussion or notice and charged more than had been agreed to. The tech mixed 0.4" and 0.6" per hour nozzles on the same zone, left nozzles overspraying all over my walkways, and refused to do what I had originally asked him to do. He couldn't even give me all my original nozzles back as he destroyed them. The zone will take a lot of rework now to get it right. Completely unprofessional and clueless.

Great! The technician explained the problem I'd had in previous years and even drew a diagram. When I am ready to repair the issue I am confident they will do the job perfectly. This company installed the system 30 + years ago, (under a different name), and I have always used them exclusively to service the lines.

I had Doug come to the house for the sprinkler blow out. I received a call the day before to confirm the time AND a call when he was on his way! He walked me through everything that he was doing and took the time to explain it to me. I asked him random questions about the lawn (I am new to Colorado) and he gave me honest advice.
