Metro Brokers

Metro Brokers were disrespectful and unprofessional. When selling a condo I lived in as a renter they frequently came by unannounced and did not even knock on the door - they just came right in with their client while I was making dinner. One time while at work they showed the property (during the winter) and left my patio door wide open with the heat turned all the way up. This cost me quite an electric bill! They also unplugged my answering machine and left appliances running continuously. Perhaps because I was a tenant and the owners lived out of state they felt they could be disrespectful and do whatever they want! Now as a homeowner, I would NEVER use this company for my home buying/selling needs. I would highly discourage anyone from considering working with them.

These guys are professional. They stayed upbeat and very helpful through a very difficult real estate deal. The deal was in constant change and the whole process lasted approximately 2 months due to some issues that were discovered and that required extensive repair work. They did as much as can be expected by any real estate company to help us find contractors and get things done. I only wish I had listened to them and dropped the buyers deal once we realized the scope of the repairs. That would have given us more time and less stress to fix things. I only gave them a B on the price because it seems all real estate services are high not just their price.

I like him. He is a great Relator. I would use him again in the future if needed.
