We did not hire MCG Remodeling due to timing that wasn't going to work for us for when we would like to have our work completed. However, at this point, I wish I had hired and waited for him. I believe he would have done a better and more thorough job than the contractor we hired. He was professional, prompt, courteous, and honest. I would trust him in my home to take care of it as it was his own.

I originally hired him to do a much more expensive procedure, but he recommended this fix instead for much less money and it looks great. I greatly appreciate him looking out for us.

All three projects were done on time and under budget. Master McG was punctual, polite and hard working. Dylan was especially good at visualizing the custom solutions for both my library and floor stand. Materials he chose were economical and appropriate for the quality expectations I had for all of the jobs completed. We would use him again for future home improvement projects.

Perfectly. He finished everything quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. His communication was excellent. He understood what we needed done. Coming in after another contractor and trying to finish off their work is difficult when trying to understand what they were doing or how they were trying to do it, but in those situations, he spoke to us about options and what he thought was best and let us decide how to proceed. This basement finish has taken us 3 years due to multiple flaky contractors, but when we hired Master McG, he wrapped everything up in less than 2 weeks.

The job went better than I had hoped. They were very careful about the removal, clean up, and the installation. Dylan is a master carpenter and the way he finished the deck, going around corners and abutment to the house were carefully done and very attractive. I would definitely recommend him and already have to a neighbor.

I sent pictures of the house and porch along with the installation instructions. They said they could do it on a saturday but then a week or so later said they couldn't come on that day but would be able to make it a week later. So we agreed to the price they quoted and waited. Came out on the saturday but didn't bring a ladder nor did they have two people as they said they would and wanted to study the installation instructions again. After 15 minutes or so, said they weren't comfortable doing the job. I'd say they were professional enough to realize and admit they weren't comfortable doing the work. But was disappointed they didn't bring the proper equipment (i.e. ladder needed if you are installing a post that goes up approximately 10 feet) and made us wait so long to show up. They had the instructions so should have realized the scope of the job and not agreed to do it in the first place.

Sean Dylan and his son did a nice job. I plan to hire them again to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms in future.

They were great, they were easy to work with, quick, knowledgeable, picked up after themselves. They treated with respect, and were great with our dogs and everything. They were just great.

We had a wonderful experience with Master MCG. Dylan and his sons were very professional. They always showed up on time, worked very hard, and did excellent work. We were very impressed with the quality of their workmanship and are pleased that our bathroom is now working without leaks and looking great! We plan to use them for a larger master bath remodel in the next few months.

Very pleased with the work completed by Dylan and his sons. They are most accommodating on time and at cost. Additionally, they provide a level of comfort in providing quality services. They checked-in throughout the project and updated about the progress and what was happening next. They handled all the materials -- purchased material and showed us receipts before they installed. They stuck to the timeline given and They were very professional and easy to work with and I would hire them again for any project!

It went alright. He sent workers home on the second day that he shouldn't have, so it took a 2 and a half days instead of 2. The workmanship was good and it cost less than others. I got what I paid for.

Months after a remodel was done, my husband and I look at it almost daily and say wow, it looks amazing, I'm so glad Dylan was our contractor. Every bit of it looks so perfect. I loved that he let us choice our materials (even if it made his job harder at times)- this is something that shocked us that many contractors won't let you choice the materials after we had already bought most of the materials. Dylan is professional, friendly, kept us informed and asked questions when needed. He and his sons took good care of our home, cleaned daily and were nonsmoking. When we would change scoop of work, he handled it amazingly. When we asked for unique things like heated floor and heated toilet seat, he was open to the idea and asked us to send a link of what we were thinking about. He would suggest budget friendly options, knowing we were on a budget too. Highly recommend!! As we need other things done in the coming years, he is the first person we are calling. When my in-laws move to town, we will be calling him to make the changes needed for their home. When friends need someone, we will be recommending Dylan.

We had a few tiles bowing out in our shower. I contacted Dylan through a coworker who was super pleased with the work he did for her. He was super responsive and asked me several questions so he would be able to give me an accurate estimate so we could make a decision as to whether we even wanted to proceed. When we decided we did, he came up on a Saturday to look at our shower to give us the most accurate quote possible. While he was here, we joked about whether he could also paint our deck. The paint on all the wooden parts (and there are a lot of them) was peeling and really needed to be fixed. He looked at the deck--and even though we told him how horrible of a job it would be (which is why we hadn't done it), he said he'd be happy to do it. He submitted a quote that very evening and was able to start work the following Monday. We immediately threw him a curve ball--we had forgotten about a piece of drywall we wanted him to repair, and we wanted to add accent tiles to the shower. He didn't blink an eye. He said he could easily accommodate these requests and adjusted his quote accordingly (and the adjustments seemed tiny to me). We were so glad we had a contractor do the work. He literally had to demolish the shower and replace everything in the tile area, and he had all the tools to do the job correctly. Meanwhile, the other members of his team (sons Richard and Vincent) went to work on the deck, scraping and sanding off the old paint and then adding the new paint meticulously. Every time they touched a non-wooden part of the deck with paint, they immediately wiped or scraped it off. There is not a speck of paint anywhere but on the wood. The job ended up taking a little longer than planned (the weather did not cooperate with the painting), but Dylan and his team made sure the job was finished right rather than speeding through to finish on time. He also finished on budget--he did not charge us a penny more than his original quote (plus the additions I asked for later). I couldn't be more pleased with my shower, and the deck is beautiful--Dylan's, Richard's and Vincent's workmanship is stellar. Furthermore, they were careful not to damage our property (Dylan went so far as to lay a cardboard barrier on the entire bathroom floor and the entire bathtub to avoid damaging them), asked before they used anything of ours, and were very respectful of our time. But one of my favorite things about Dylan, Richard and Vincent is that they are just good, decent men. We immediately clicked on that first Saturday we met them, and they couldn't have been nicer or kinder while they were working for us. In particular, they worked really hard to get our shy, fearful dog to like them, giving her treats and treating her with love. :-) I wouldn't hesitate to work with Dylan again. Not for a second.

In addition to the quality of their work, Dylan and Vincent were a pleasure to work with, They were polite, professional and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again in the future.

Dylan was great to work with. He helped us come out of a difficult situation with a different contractor. He picked up where that contractor left off and fixed a lot of that persons bad work. He is honest and hard-working. He got things done the way he said he would. We felt reassured knowing he did the work himself. The quality of his work is exceptional.

Sean and his son arrived at the scheduled time and got straight to work. They were both very knowledgeable and attentive to my requests. Their pricing is very reasonable for the quality that you will receive. I would not hesitate to call them again.
