This is our 2nd major project with M and R roofing, these guys do a great job on Metal roofing and Fascia Wrap. We always seems to have a combination Metal Wrap and regular Asphalt roof, so prices are higher than normal. This is Metal Wrap, thick powder coated stuff, not vinyl or aluminum, so it is a very nice product that holds up well. Once you wrap with Metal you never paint or have much maintenance which is why the cost is a bit higher, but hey hire a painter 2 times and you are already ahead! They do the asphalt roofing part of the job amazingly fast and right on schedule, sometimes it is sub out and left the place cleaner than what we had it! The metal work takes time and gets done over phases. So just be patient, but you will be so happy when they finish because the job will look great and last a long time. They also really listen and work with you on little specialty items and give you feedback on how it could or should be done, so we really appreciate this company.

They installed the snow and ice barrier and the new gutters but the gutters were not hung correctly with incorrect pitch. This led to leaks in the house and damage to the inside drywall. At one point they came out and calked everything which didn't make a difference and they still charged me for the effort. In their defense, they were fairly punctual and professional and they did back their work by coming out to fix the problem.

Did not hire.

They were responsive. We would consider getting another quote from them.

They were very good. They were very helpful, led me through everything including working with the insurance company, and stayed on top of everything until the work was done.

They never responded to my e-mail.

They showed up on time, and they finished on time. Their work was first rate. The employees were professional, and they stayed on the job like they said they would. They cleaned up well after themselves.

Vary happy with the experience from start to finish. Estimate was explained & all the work that needed to be done. Work was done in a timely manor. Cleaned up ground daily before they left. All details were finished & ready for the inspection.

GOOD GUYS. THEY EXPLAINED AND MADE ME UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO KEEP ALL GUTTERS IN GOOD REPAIR. THEY HAD MATERIALS ON HAND TO REPLACE A CHUNK OF CRUSHED GUTTER. VERY FRIENDLY.
