AND, for the triple crown: maybe actually do a decent job !!! Look at the other reviews - it has happened before (maybe)! Place your bets, and good luck! If you are not interested in gambling, and looking to pay someone for honest work who will not waste your time, look elsewhere.

+ 0 moreI couldn't be home when the work was done due to job obligations, but the neighbors reported that the work was done fast and with no interruption to the rest of the neghborhood, despite the amount of work which had to be done. My neighbors were also grateful that the eyesore had been cleaned up, and they complimented the work of Land Services.
Description of Work: I hired Kathy to clean up the yard of a house which I had recently bought, and which had been sorely neglected for a very long time - the weeds throughout the yard were as tall as 5 feet. The work which was done was exactly as promised, with the exception that the result was even better than I had hoped for. The price was more than fair, and the cleanup was immaculate. I will definitely use this company again in the spring when I start my spring planting, and I will use them for any service that I need that they provide.

+ -1 moreThe company owner responded to my email request the next day and gave me an estimate based on pictures I had provided and information I gave over the phone. I sent another email a few days later asking that the services be scheduled and they showed up as promised the following morning. The work was done quickly and neatly. They even took the trouble to tidy up with a leaf blower and rake when the debris had been loaded. I only rated the price as "good" rather than "excellent" because it was slightly more than we had anticipated when budgeting for this project -- not the company's fault, just poor planning on our part.
Description of Work: We needed someone to remove landscaping debris: a large mound of heavy clay dirt that we had dug out ourselves and quite a bit of cut up shrubs we had torn out.

+ -1 moreVery profession and excellent quality of work. Everything was done on time and within budget. Kathy takes pride in her work and she has a good hard working team with her. Did a particularly good job on leveling a sloping area for a garden shed we put it.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time we've used Kathy. The first was last year at a rental house we own. This year we had her work on our own yard. She created a play area for the kids, by creating a border and installing playground mulch. She re-sodded half of our back yard, patched some smaller areas, and also fertilized our front lawn. Kathy is always amazing. They get the work done quickly and do a great job. Kathy is very helpful and professional. Our experience this year was just as great as it was last year. I really can't recommend her enough.

Description of Work: Kathy and her crew of two roto-tilled, added 12 bags of eco-mulch and top soil which I supplied, and roto-tilled again a plot around my deck, expertly planted 100 ground cover plants and then watered them in. I could not have had better and more intelligent service. She came in just two days and got the job done better than I could have done it. The work was completed in about 2 and 1/2 hours. They cleaned up and removed the debris quite nicely. The work was professionally done and Kathy knew just what to do. I was most satisfied with this job. Will I call her again? You bet! I even gave her a nice little bonus, that's how happy I was!

Description of Work: Kathy Land & her workers prepared my corner lot for winter & did everything just as I specified. She didn't forget a thing. I am not used to that! She is the best lanscaper/lawn care worker I have ever hired.

We arranged a meeting to review the work at a time convenient for me and I was given an estimate for everything but the mulch, which we agreed to add later. The work was done in two visits, and completed within two weeks of the estimate, which worked fine for my timeline. They let me know when they were coming since I have dogs I wanted to keep in for the first visit. Everything in my yard was left neat & orderly and both the level of service and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I will be using them for more work in the future.
Description of Work: Land Services rototilled an area of my perennial boarder that had become overgrown with grass, worked in compost & spread bark mulch over the top. They also removed low a fence that had been separating the boarder from the lawn.

I was very happy with her and I would call her back anytime. I am going to call her back for more jobs soon.
Description of Work: Kathy Land was wonderful! She took an evergreen bush that was dead, she tilled and prepared my flower beds, she took out a small tree. She put in some wood borders around my patio where I am going to be putting flowers. Spread grass seed, and sprayed for weeds. She did just extra touches that were needed. I know nothing about yard work and I am just so happy with her.
