Kitchens By Wedgewood

Don't assume all sales staff are the same in this storefront. The one I happened to hire was a know-it-all who resented my suggestions ofwhat I wanted in my own kitchen, though some of the ideas were from a well known HGTV designer's book. The budget was exceded by almost double, mostly due to the cabinets, (No, I did not buy top of the line or anywhere near it) and labor costs. Yes the final product looks good but I can't get the bad memories out of my mind of how smoothly it did not go and the overall arrogance of this man who had '30+ years of experience'.

Bad experience with someone who has no real interest in her job who works out of the Kitchens by Wedgewood store..

We went into their store on County Line. We asked about cabinets for a small bathroom. They weren't interested in doing a small job. The person who asked about our project went and had a snack while working on the computer...while we waited. After about 20 minutes without any assistance, we left. Too bad for them. Starting with a small project was just a test for them. There were much larger projects in our plans so its too bad they don't want our business.

.I think they were very good. I would use them again.

The project went pretty smoothly, and the results are more than satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchens by Wedgewood to anyone who needs to update a kitchen.

We were referred to Loretta White by our builder, Bob Hoffmann Builders. Loretta took the initial kitchen design and made modifications to it. She presented several pricing options and never pressured us to make a selection. Loretta spent many hours with us as we worked through the kitchen remodeling process. She went to bat for us with the appliance sales person making sure we received the appliances that were promised. Many times, we called her just for advice on things like hardware, lighting, faucets, paint, appliances, stain for wood floor, electrical...a true designer from top to bottom! She treated our kitchen as if it were her own. Loretta is so warm and engaging...we would definitely use her if we ever remodel our kitchen again, and would highly recommend using her to anyone!

THE WORK WAS A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE BUT IT WAS VERY GOOD WORK. I THINK THAT IF I WOULD HAVE LOOKED AROUND A LITTLE MORE I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND SOMETHING CHEAPER.
