+ -1 moreThey don’t know how to clean drains out without throwing all the wet scumy mud all over the rock landscape that sits above it. Nothing but illegals hiding and running when you try to approach them for and the Forman in job running away from me talking about it as well. Not even sure he spoke English either. “ I Don’t know anything” I don’t know anyhing is ALL they have to say. Hide their faces and heads like I was “ ICE investigator . Horrible company probably run by white Republican conservatives Trump supporters that do the typical money saving job of hiring the next best things to a slave. Cheapest labor. And I mean cheap and too stupid to know what to do with mud other than ruin nice sweet rock area by dumping it there. They took the tree limbs but left the mud in the nice rock landscape. Stupid or horrible careless 3rd word country mentality crews. Yea a white pretty bot probably does all the contract work but ain’t no white guy coming out here doing the work. What else is new with Capitalism? Lol.

Description of Work: installed a rain sensor, hooked it into my existing timer and left. It took me about 10 days and almost loosing my lawn to figure out that my timer hadnt been turning on my system ever since the rain sessor was installed..needlss to say I wasnt happy ,and called and told them to come take the unit and give me my money back.They were willing to do that ,or if I wanted they offered to come back and replace the faulty unit, I ultimatly agreed to that ,and then about 10 days later recieved a full refund of my purchase price.. I would say they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy

Description of Work: I had called Kessen Enteritises, Inc. to have him come to our home for an on our sprinkler system but one of my neighbors had just had the same problem (our development has the old Toro system) with a part and he bought two one as a back-up. When I called back to Kessen and explained what happened before they came for the appointment they thanked me for calling so they didn't have to make the trip and said if I ever need assistance on this system, please call back. And, I told them I would.

Description of Work: I used Keesen Enterprises Inc for landscaping. I live in a gated community, and they do the maintenance here at my whole house. They came with the place, but I have had them do other things. I had them trim some trees this spring.
