Description of Work: Junk Genius was great. he called me and told me that they made an error when posting the add and that areas outside of Denver were not to be included in the offering. He offered to come to Louisville and remove our items the cost was almost 3 times the special offering.

Description of Work: After purchasing the deal, I got in contact with the provider. They said that the deal was not properly advertised and there was a limit to the amount of junk that could be hauled for the price. The amount of junk I had was over that limit and so there would be an extra charge. I couldn't afford the extra charge so I am requesting a refund.

Description of Work: Never got a response from the vendor to even set up a time for their service that I purchased even after I responded to their request for the best number to reach me. Was told I should expect a response within 2 days and it's been a week past that deadline.
