It was great! They did a great job. They came when they were supposed to and did everything. We would definitely use them again. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because we had a full truck. The whole thing was around $500. They were good. You just have to be careful that you tell them exactly what you want because they took a few things I did not want taken, but it was my fault. The price was good and reasonable. The quality was good.

Great...the mguys were friendly and professional. The price was alittle high but they did agree to take large concrete debris that was bulky and very heavy where no other provider had agreed to take.

I called the man and he was very rude. He said that the coupon was only for taking something the size of a couch even though the deal did not say this. He told me to call Angie's List to get my money back.

They were prompt, courteous, cheerful and fast.

I purchased the big deal of $100 of junk hauled away for $65. When I asked what that amount paid for the representative said about the size of a refrigerator. Since I had a lot of small junk, I wasn't sure if I would have too much for that price and would have to pay more once they arrived and looked at the pile I had. Junk Genius arrived and agreed to take all that I had away for the big deal price.

It went quite well. The gentlemen were efficient, friendly, and competent.

They did a great job removing everything we asked. We had a big pile of trees/shrubs and they cleaned up everything...they didn't miss a twig. I had a coupon and it still cost about $500.

It worked out just fine. I have no complaints at all. We used it less than a week after we bought it. Our load was bigger than the minimum, so it did cost more and that was fine. Everyone was nice and polite. No problems at all. Their price was about the same as everybody else in the business. I would use them again if I needed them.

They arrived at my house on time and within 1/2 hour they hauled away a stack of stuff in our garage (tire, fire pit, futon, dvd player, plus misc stuff), and removed an old treadmill, huge heavy recliner, and 2 old heavy TVs from inside the house. I would call them again in a second. The cost above includes the Angie's List coupon.

This service was great for me. I am an elderly widow and cannot lift and move big,heavy objects any more. These two guys arrived on time and ready to work. They picked up old dirty rotten wood, gardening debris, heavy doors, etc. They were careful, quick and efficient. I was very pleased and will hire them again.

Went well. They arrived within window time frame. Took down old closet doors upstairs (very heavy too) and the vertical blinds. They were in and out within about 15 minutes. Very efficient and helpful. Would use them again. They will provide the certificate of shredding once I email Tom for it.

We arranged a time and he called me and said he was on his way. He arrived on time and performed the job cheerfully and completely.

The overall demeanor on the phone wasn't professional, and he stated the ad was run to soon. I didn't get the sense he cared if he had us as a customer. We didn't want to process with this special.

Appointment was scheduled for a specific time instead of a 2 hour window of time which is a huge benefit since I didn't want to wait around. Provider sent out the "E" team and they arrived on time and were courteous and professional. I purchased 1/2 truck and they packed items very tightly into truck to maximize the amount of junk they hauled away. I was actually surprised how much junk they could fit in the amount of space I purchased. Workers worked hard and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

I called Junk Genius and scheduled a pick up on a day that I was off work. The office was very accommodating to work with me on a date that was convenient for me. On the day of the pick up, I received a phone call informing me their earlier pick-ups were more than they expected and they were running a little late. I appreciated the phone call and in the end they were earlier than they thought they would be. The two young men who came to the door were courteous, friendly and immediately introduce themselves. I showed them my pile of wood and they told me for a little extra they would take my bundles too! The extra price was reasonable for me to get rid of all the wood. In addition, there were two railroad ties that the wood was piled on top of, and they took those too! They backed their truck in, loaded the wood faster than I was able to write a check! I was extremely pleased with their service, their punctuality, their friendliness--it was a very enjoyable transaction.

I called Junk Genius on Tuesday, received an estimate over the telephone, and scheduled the pick-up for the following day. The two men arrived within the time window, confirmed the price to be paid, and cleared out everything I had. The men were quick and efficient. While this is not an inexpensive service, since the men were able to take the unwanted items from the basement---and I cannot--it was certainly worth it to me.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the three gentlemen that showed up to extract our hot tub from our back yard. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and more! The called ahead of time, showed up on time, introduced themselves and immediately got to work. They kept me in the loop at all necessary stages. When they needed to pull the hot tub, on the dolly, over my landscaping, they asked my permission first and thankfully, there was no damage! They were so wonderful with the whole process and quick too. They had that massive hot tub out of my yard in what I would say was record time. The told me what the next process was; taking it to the dump, and all three gentleman shook my hand, thanked me for my business and left. I've already told my neighbor about what a wonderful experience working with Junk Genius was! I will recommend them to all my friends and definitely use them in the future if necessary.
