 + 0 moreThe cost was very expensive, but I knew it would be. I was real happy with them. The time they took to do this was pretty much on target. They said that it would take about two to three days and I think it took three days. They did a good job and they kept us informed. After they were done, they went over everything on how to operate it and use it. So, I was real happy with them.
Description of Work: We had a new bathtub installed in our bathroom and it is one of those walk-in tubs. We have used Jacuzzi.

 + -1 moreI had already priced these at other companies, but Jacuzzi was by far the highest price. They wanted to charge me $14,500 for a walk in tub! My husband had to show the sales rep how to even measure for the tub. I had also consulted a local plumber a price on installation on a tub if I just purchased the tub from Jacuzzi. So to buy the tub only, not installed, they quoted us a price of $13,500!
Description of Work: I had them come to my home for an estimate for a walk in tub.
