Jose was dependable, showing up on the scheduled mow day. One time did not show up and did not let me know. I had to contact him to find out what happened. Good customer service would have been for him to let me know they had to reschedule for a different day that week. Otherwise, all was good.

Jose came out same day to give estimate. Fair and reasonable pricing. Excellent job on repairing fence and cleaning gutters. Jose is extremely easy to work with. Will use again for any of our maintenance needs.

Jose came out the same day to give us an estimate and was able to do the work the next day. He did an excellent job cleaning out our gutters & downspouts as well as blowing the debris off the hard surfaces. Good customer service. We would hire J & A Landscaping again.

Jose did a great job cleaning out the flower beds and trimming bushes and trees. He searched for a specific type of mulch until he found what I wanted. He also divided overgrown plants and made suggestions for plantings next year. We will definitely work with Jose on our landscape jobs going forward.

My lawn was extremely overgrown. It's June and it hadn't been mowed yet. Jose took care of it in about an hour, despite the hilliness and size if my back yard. He is friendly and professional. Plus he does landscaping, too, so he's perfect for any outdoor work!
