Great company!

When my sewer line backed up and couldn't be fixed due to its age (installed in 1942), I made enquiries and chose the company that was most highly rated and with a reasonable cost. Jake came out and explained everything to me. He obviously knew what he was talking about. He came and had the work done efficiently and well and on-time and I am very satisfied with the company and with Jake's service.

I called Hyper Flow at around 7:30am, and James, their VERY helpful tech, was at our house by about 9:15. He promptly identified the problem (which was a smaller issue than we had feared) and got it resolved very promptly. He did NOT try to upsell us on anything, but we requested that he run a camera through our pipes to see if there was anything further to be concerned about. Fortunately, there was not, and he walked me through the video and showed us that our lines are in pretty good shape. Terrific service. We will definitely use these guys again.

I called Hyper Flow while shopping for quotes to root my main sewer line for preventative maintenance. I also wanted to scope the line with a camera, for peace of mind. The lady I spoke to on the phone (I apologize, I forget her name) was very pleasant and professional. She quickly gave me the rates to expect for the rooting as well as their flat rate for the camera scope. With their competitive prices, I did not hesitate to set up an appointment. Not only were they able to show up the very next day, but my technician, Jon, showed up ten minutes early! He reiterated the same prices quoted to me over the phone, no nickel and diming. Jon was professional, prompt, clean and informative. In these weird times, he had no issues wearing a mask the entire time, which we appreciated. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to watch the live feed of the camera scope, explaining everything he saw along the way. What impressed me is that he scoped the line both before AND after he cleaned out the roots, so we both saw the immediate impact of his work. Very cool! He's also sending me a copy of the video from the scope! Hyper Flow has earned their perfect 5-star rating on Yelp as well as my future business.

This company was used previously. They did a good job. I decided to go with them s second time. They didn't disappoint. They responded promptly to my quote request. I was kept apprised of the young man who would be coming to do the work. When he arrived, he was pleasant. He did a thorough job. He charged me a reasonable fee for the work. I would highly recommend using this company to others.

I got a call from Kyle around 4:55 pm. He said he was able to come out around 7 pm, keep in mind, Hyper Flow closes at 5 pm. Kyle came out of his way after hours, ran a camera through my sewer line, snaked out the line, and then showed me on the camera the second time that the line was clearish. My main sewage line has been building up for a few years. Kyle gave me 3 different estimates for futures maintenance. I have already made an appointment for Kyle to come back out and do some more work. He is very up front, honest, and caring. He isn't just trying to get paid, Kyle is aware that life happens and works with customers to do what works best financially for the customer at the time of the job. I would recommend Kyle and Hyper Flow to anyone who is looking for a plumber with years of experience and has the best intrest for his customers.

Kyle was a breath of fresh air! It is scary when you have a plumbing emergency and he took all those fears away. He was kind, empathetic, honest and full of integrity! He came and cleared a main sewer line that a previous company said could not be fixed (could not be snaked) and required excavation - he saved me thousands of dollars and stress. We experienced every homeowner's worst nightmare, a backed up the main line late on a Friday night. A close friend recommended Hyper Flow and they did not disappoint. They arrived promptly, were very professional, and the work and customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Kyle and his team.

Very happy that we decided to work with Kyle and Hyper Flow. We had a water main leak that flooded our basement and our sump pump was not working. At 7 months pregnant, I could not go without running water to the house and needed this fixed fast. Kyle came out to provide an estimate on a Monday and the work was completed by Wednesday. He provided the most reasonable estimate for getting the work done in that quick time frame. Kyle was professional, on time, and responsive with communication.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We have lived in our house for over 10 years.. We found out after we first moved in that we had an off set in our main line which caused it to back up at least once a year. After this last time it backed up I had called another company to come out and snake my line. They wanted to charge us almost $900 just to put in an access point to the main line in my closet and wasn’t going to snake it until they would come out the next day to do the work. That meant not running water. I talked to Kyle and I explained what this other company wanted to do. He said that having an access point is a great idea but didn’t agree with where they wanted to put it did not and we would be wasting our money. He said he could come out, take a look, give us a free estimate and he could snake it that night. Kyle came out and it looked like the main line must have cleared itself so he ran the camera and gave us an estimate. The estimate he gave us to fix the offset was cheaper than what we have been quoted. He was able to get his team out the next day and fixed our line. Kyle was available to answer any questions and explained the process to us. We really felt comfortable with Kyle from the moment we met him. Thank you very much Kyle!!

Kyle showed up even a little early. He was professional, caring to do the job right and was priced less than half of my other bid. No fun having an emergency plumbing problem but Kyle took the sting out of it.
