My refrigerator quit working and after several failed attenpts to get help I called Herrera’s. They came that afternoon and fixed the problem, saving a freezer full of food! It took longer than anticipated to clear a blocked and frozen line but they persevered and got it done. Eric was punctual and pleasant (as was Darlene). The cost was extremely reasonable and I will hire them again.

I purchased a refurbished dryer. They were great, provided me quote and options, then delivered and installed for free within 48 hours. They were great, responsive and quick. Overall i would recommend them.

After our home experienced an electrical power surge, our Electrolux cooktop stopped working. We called Eric to troubleshoot the issue for us. Eric responded quickly and was able to determine that there were two major problems caused by the surge. He fixed the unit and re-installed it within a very short time. It works perfectly! We are impressed with Eric's service, approach to his work and respectful treatment of us. Eric has assisted us before with other appliance issues and always performs with the same professionalism. We will return to him again in the future - without hesitation.

His name is Eric Herrera. The cost was $700 and a new one would have been $1,200. The experience was great. He is so personable. He tells me when he is going to be here and he shows up on time. We rely on him to be punctual because we both work and he is. He is really smart and he takes things apart and he is very careful. He doesn't jump to any conclusions and he just figures out what the problem is right away. He doesn't fool around. We think we lucked out with him. We have used him more than once.
