Gutter Maintenance Pro

The project went very well. When dealing with anyone for a project, you need to make certain that there is a clear understanding of what work needs to be done. While a good proposal and estimate was given to me for the work, I found that my definition of a specific type of work to be done (i.e. with French drains), was not the same as that of the company. This was my fault, since I should have better understood what exactly was going to be done. Also, if the gutters have not been cleaned and maintained in a while (out of site, out of mind), as mine were, be prepared for some extensive and expensive work to be done. My take-away lesson from this project is that I will have my gutters cleaned and checked more often, probably in the Fall. Otherwise getting this type of work done is expensive. And if water is falling near your foundation, it can quickly get very expensive. Vito was responsive, though sometimes a bit hard to reach, and the crew he sent was punctual and appear to have done a very good job. (I can't climb up on the roof to personally check the work at my age.) I would recommend Gutter Maintenance Pro, and I plan to use them again in the future to check my gutters on a yearly basis with the right cost considerations.

Everything done as planned. Cleanup was good. I wish the contractor had suggested in advance that I should move my planters prior to the work being done, as diet from the gutters cascaded onto my flowers.

I don't think I could have asked for a better job or experience from this or any company. Vito quickly replied to my inquiry and gave me a quote. They showed up when they said and finished promptly. They ended up installing four extensions and recommended leaving the other two alone after checking and cleaning them out. Will definitely keep their number handy for any future gutter issues.

Great!! Travis blew all the leaves off the roof. He clean the gutters and the downspouts. He bagged all the debris and put it in the trash area. Great job.

Part of our gutter was malfunctioning and during hard rainstorms, water was spilling over the edge of the gutter onto the patio, causing excess water to collect on the patio surface. I contacted Vito at Gutter Maintenance Pro and he promptly provided a reasonable estimate. A date to complete the work was immediately arranged. The repair was successfully completed. Vito was very responsive and explained the repairs clearly. The next time it rained, the gutter operated normally and we were pleased to see that the problem was fixed. Great experience with this company!

Gutter Maintenance Pro installed all new downspouts on my home earlier this year and cleaned all of the gutters at the same time. They did a terrific job with both services. After the install, I had an issue with one of the downspouts that was throwing water off the roof (thanks to our monsoon summer!). I called Vito and described the problem and he was here a few days later. He actually reengineered the downspout so that water would be channeled onto a larger section of roof before running out the lower story downspout. Problem solved and he didn't charge me for correcting the issue. Finally, Vito and his crew are good people. I trust them, they do great work and I will definitely call on them again.

Very responsive and professional. Most importantly, they stand by the quality of their work. When it appeared that a previously repaired gutter was leaking water after a rain storm, Vito sent his crew to my home to inspect and repair it within days of my call. I would use GMP again and would recommend them to family and friends.

They did a wonderful job. Very clean work. They new their stuff and left the worksite clean! Quick at responding to inquiries. All in all, a great company to work with. Would do business with them again.

Vito suggested installing a splash guard in two places (at no additional charge). He also suggested a leaf guard ($75) above my front porch, where there are two large trees and the leaves likely cause clogging in the downspouts. All was very well explained, and was totally at my option.

Went well. Would have them back or recommend them in a Heartbeat.
