All staff very friendly and helpful to work with. Movers Keno and Carlos were very respectful of our property and belongings. Operations staff checked in with us to be sure all was going well. We will hire them again when our needs require movers.

The guys did a great job

They didnâ  t complete the job and overcharged me. Also leaving my daughter on the side of the road with a half dissembled bed saying they needed a special. tool. No some isl tool was needed â ¦ very lazy and sloppy from Jessica the â  operations manager to the crew she sent. The movers just stood around collecting the hourly rate. Poorly ran office!!

I was told they would arrive between 12-3pm and I would get a call about an hour before. At 230pm I called the office to see where they were and was told they would be there by 4pm. At 430 I called again and my call was repeatedly ignored... No one answered. At 5pm the driver called to say they would be there by 530. The crew (JR and Adnan) were great - quick and problem solved like pros. When it was time to pay... They suddenly answered their phone again.

I cannot say enough good things about Gentle Johns Moving! From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Andrew and Jessica were friendly and helpful with coordinating and quoting the move, making the entire process smooth from the very beginning. Travis, Bailey, and Josh were incredibly fast, respectful of our items, and handled everything with care.  After dealing with a nightmare moving company in the past, this experience was a night-and-day difference. Travis, Bailey, and Josh made the transition into our new apartment completely stress-free. I’ll definitely be using them for any move in the future! Thank you again!

The movers at Gentle John’s did a fantastic job with a difficult move. My mother-in-law passed quite suddenly and we had to move the bulk of her possessions out fairly quickly. There were several nice pieces of furniture that were handled with a great deal of care. There also ended up being an issue with our storage unit so they had to fit everything in a smaller space. They were both very friendly and handled everything with care and effectively. We would absolutely recommend and hire them again.

My move was pretty straight forward. Only heavy furniture for a 1 bdrm apt. I was nervous about my 60+ year old French provincial bdrm dresser and heavy plate glass mirror. These 2 polite, professional men handled it with such care! Not a scratch anywhere or on my black lacquered dining table. Saved over $400 compares to other competitors so I was able to give each guy a bigger tip. They deserved it. Thank you so much Johnny and Vaughn!

These guys were awesome! Angel & crew showed up and banged out my whole house like champs. They moved my whole house and garage into third floor storage unit, and were very mindful of where I wanted everything placed. The guys were also super tolerant of my 4 year old wanting to "help" which is super appreciated
