 + -1 moreThey did a wonderful job even did the storm door on the front of the house. They are excellent, fair price. Very punctual and show up on time. They workers are very professional, very fast also. The workers did not leave any mess at all.

Scheduled an appointment for the following week; called 20 minutes after scheduled appointment and siad they were running late and needed to re schedule for the next day...... Next Day- they were 2 hours late and wanted to come back another day or have us wait around an additional 2 hours after our business closed. Not going to do business again.

Description of Work: I used this company in 2010 for window washing and was satisfied. This year, I tried to hire them again and could not get anyone to return my call. When someone did return my first call all I got were excuses why I hadn't heard from anyone. Then I was told some else would return my call and two or three more days past so I called again and then someone called and wanted to know what I needed and told me when he thought he might work me into their schedule. Overall trying to do business with them this time was radiculous and I had already found someone that could come the next week, who came out and gave us an estimate immediately and compleated the work to our satisfaction. I won't waste my time with this company again.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. They have really good pricing, too. They missed a window in the kitchen at first and were honest, apologetic, and responsive in coming back to fix it. The windows look excellent, they were neat, tidy, and professional.
