Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Excel Services Network for $200 worth of interior and exterior window cleaning.

Description of Work: I wish the vendor would have honored the coupon that I called and asked about or told me that it was expiring that day.

Description of Work: I already paid the money for the Angie’s List deal for the carpets to be cleaned in my rental home. The tenants decided to replace the carpets so Excel offered another deal for window washing. I bought a new house so it worked out because I needed the windows washed.

Description of Work: I'm scheduled an ever other week house cleaning with Excel Services Network and I am so pleased with the results. I've used other companies in the past and this by far was the best quality and attention to detail that I've ever seen.

Description of Work: This is a wonderful company. They were on time and their estimate was accurate to the invoice. Their all around service was top notch in my book. They cleaned the residence, carpet and windows.

Description of Work: My husband and I are very pleased with Excel. I like knowing that when I call, a real person answers the phone. On the first dial, a home visit and estimate were scheduled quickly, with no delay. We felt the estimate was thorough and the price was fair. The cleaning team did an outstanding job -- two or three women were here six hours to do an initial deep clean. Everything looked and smelled wonderful. We were likewise pleased with the next cleaning service, which only required two hours for two people. We have signed up for additional regular cleanings, as it means so much to have our home so thoroughly clean and fresh. What I also appreciate is being able to communicate easily, even when we don't speak the same language as the cleaners. Excel has an English-speaking supervisor whom I can call and read notes to (regarding special cleaning needs), and she communicates this quickly to her staff. She can also easily reach me by cell if I am away during the scheduled cleaning, should there be any questions. Someone also comes to check that the work is to our satisfaction. The cleaning staff has been very pleasant, and it is a joy to have them around.
