They showed up when they said they would and they cleaned everything very well, including the oven, refrigerator, and microwave. I got my entire deposit back, which was my main concern. $200 for what they did (the apartment was filthy) is a steal. I will be using them the next time I need anything cleaned.

It was fine. The owner came out and did a very thorough check throughout the house. They have a very clear process on how to clean your home. The price was good. I hired them to clean my house on a biweekly basis.

If you are looking for a sparkling clean done in a record amount of time, Excel Services is the company for you. I have used several cleaning companies in the South Denver area, and this is the first and only company that has not only done a spectacular job but never broke anything or caused any property damage. I have NEVER seen this happen before with a cleaning service. If you sign up for cleaning services with Excel Services, your initial clean is a deep clean of the whole house which includes blinds, baseboards, wiping things down and dusting. After the initial deep clean, the service includes a deep clean of 2 rooms in your house, which you can change at every cleaning. If I could, I would give an A- for quality for two reasons. First, the microwave would get skipped in the regular cleanings. This is such a minor issue that I'm sure could have been fixed if I would have remembered to tell them about it when I noticed it wasn't being cleaned. The other reason is because I signed up for and quot;greenand quot; cleaning service and I can assure you that while I love the smell of pine-sol, it is most certainly not a green product...nor is the windex they used to clean my glass surfaces. I lived with it because it was so nice to have a sparkling clean house after my previous cleaning service. Plus, they were done cleaning my house after about 1.5-2 hours every time except for the first clean which took about 3-4 hours. Punctuality would also receive an A- because while the girls were very sweet and usually punctual, sometimes they would arrive too early (about 2 hours too early from the given window on a couple of occasions.) Overall, I highly recommend this company for cleaning services. I decided to switch to a different cleaning service that is a green company and only uses green products, but that should not deter you from using Excel Services unless you are adamant about a green clean. I used Excel Services from the beginning of January 2014 through the end of April 2014 before switching services.

Lets put it this way. Excel did such an impressive job that I have now hired them to clean my home weekly. Always on time, always polite and friendly, never any slack time (they work extremely hard) and everything looks wonderful when they are finished. I can't say enough good things about this company. They take the satisfaction of the customer very seriously and do what is necessary to complete the task in the best possible manner.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great and they were really good. They were very professional and very fast. They did a good job. I would definitely hire them again. There were no additional charges. Their deal was great.

We were pleased with the deep clean service and have continued to use Excel Services for regular house cleaning services.

The windows were well-cleaned, even down in the tracks. They were efficient and did a nice job. They did, however, forget entirely to clean our garage door windows, and my husband found glass on the ground, which came from a broken exterior light fixture. He thinks they broke it moving the ladder, but didn't bother to tell us. We didn't like that too much.

My experience was pretty good. Scheduling was fine and they were on time for the appointment. There were two cleaners here doing the work. It took about 15 minutes to figure out I had already paid through Angie’s List since one of them didn’t speak English. The cleaning itself was good.

They didn't honor their contract, they washed the outside but not the inside. I called them and I'm not going to argue about it. I'll just forget it. I wouldn't recommend them because if they don't have the paper work that says, "Inside and outside" then they're not keeping their paper work. But I paid for inside and outside and they did the outside while I was in the hospital and not the inside. So I've talked to them about it and I'm just not going to deal with it, I'll just do it myself. My words of advice to the contractor would be to keep his paperwork. He ought to know his job. They probably are an okay company except for just being a little disorganized. Their pricing was fine. They came on their scheduled date.

We have used Excel for a while, but boy are they letting us down. We've complained about the quality of service, but they've done nothing for us. First off, they have a really hard time with scheduling if you don't have them come at the same time and day every time you use them. Today, for example, they were supposed to come in the morning, but nobody showed. I have afternoon meetings, so I had to call to ask where they were. Had I not done this, the crew would have arrived at the wrong time and would have been locked out to boot. To their credit, the company sent a crew over quickly. However, the folks who came skipped entire rooms. This has been an issue in the past and I'm not sure what to do about it. I work from home part of the time, so today I camped out and moved around, working in various places downstairs to give the crew space. I can't leave my work to follow them around--we use a cleaning service because we're both so busy. After they finished, I took a quick break and walked through the house. I was so upset by what I found. I could see that they hadn't even vacuumed one of the bedrooms. Nor had they dusted anywhere. (Although I know I should forget about dusting, since this is not something they seem to do anyway.) Also, our laundry room had not been cleaned and it looked like they hadn't mopped anything on the main level. Last time, they left hard water stains untouched and left dirt and dust all over the bathrooms--even after I had shown them what to clean. The people they send are always very nice. The dispatch lady is also very nice and the crews never break things. They sure do move everything around though, all while not seeming to clean very much. Long story short, every time they come, I have to go over whole rooms. Today, for example, I've had to spend time I don't have mopping and vacuuming a number of rooms--on the same day we had the cleaning! Not sure what we're going to do. We really need someone we can rely on and we were really hoping these guys would be it. Very disappointed.

It was good. They gave me a quote first. It took them a couple of weeks to get out here. I was not happy with the way the service went after I made the purchase. They were professional. I would use them again.

They arrived right within the scheduled hour timeframe and were very professional and helpful. The carpets had stains and were very dirty. I was considering buying new carpets but they looked great after cleaning! Like new carpet. My place also smelled great. Still very happy almost two weeks later. All the stains came up. Communication could be slightly better. They did not call to confirm the appointment which left me wondering if they were coming. They also said they would all when they finished and they didn't. Wasn't a big deal as they did show up and the work was fantastic.

It was fine. It worked out great. I added some services so I paid an extra amount. Two girls came out and they cleaned and dusted around the house. They cleaned the outside of cabinets and appliances.

Punctual, professional...they did a great job. The only minor problem was a bit of a communication/language problem. But it was resolved.

They did a very good job. I was sad that a tiny ground level window was not done because it exceeded the number of windows in the deal. If the crew boss had asked, I would have probable paid a bit extra to have it cleaned.

An hour before the first estimate was scheduled they called to cancel because the owner called in sick that day. The owner called 15 minutes before the second appointment for an estimate to say we weren't in his service area. The company should have determined this before scheduling the first appointment.

It went very well and very good. They showed up when promised and did everything as they said they would. They walked me through what they’ve done. If I had any problems, I’ll point it out and they will fix it but I didn’t really have any problems so they are very nice to work with. They are professional and on time as promised. They do quality work.

Exceptional job of cleaning interior and exterior of Windows and screens for very good price.

The cleaners are good, quick and thorough. The office processes have not been consistent on scheduling, able to find file, answering messages left.

They spent a lot of extra time hand-scrubbing some mold off my vinyl siding; which seemed to me to be above and beyond the regular power washing coupon deal. I am very pleased with the results!

I first purchased a big deal for 2 months of house cleaning services. Before the cleaning began, the owner (I think it was, anyway) came and had a look at our house and went over any special requests I had. The cleanings went well, and we continued to use them for bi-weekly cleanings for several months. We discontinued for budget reasons (much to my dismay). My only complaints was changing the sheets is an extra charge - understandable, but disappointing and in my experience this is usually included with regular house cleaning. The only other issue was we were often scheduled for afternoon cleaning which was a litlte chaotic with my kids coming home from school and trying to get homework done etc. in the midst of cleaning. This is due to the area we live (north of Denver), and thus had a narrower window of scheduling. Others who live in Denver or south Denver probably won't have this problem. Even with these very minor issues, I was well pleased with the services we received. During the cleaning a supervisor would arrive to check in and see that everything was performed well, and check with me (when I was available) to see if any issues needed taking care of -- very nice, because if there were any issues, they could be remedied at once and not after calling the main office and then being taken care of several days after the fact -- however, I don't recall there EVER being anything not up to par.

They were punctual and very efficient. Perform services exactly as expected. We were very happy with the results and overall experience. We will hire them again!

The two workers were professionals. Although this was the first time they had been to my home, they didn't need additional instructions as to how to proceed once they received their assignment from the company. They provided their own supplies and equipment, worked hard, and took pride in their work.
