Description of Work: I purchased the services before Thanksgiving. I hoped to have the services completed before the Thanksgiving weekend. The cleaning service finally came to my house on December 28th, after trying to have it scheduled for a month. They were supposed to come between 1pm-3pm. And they didn't show up until 3:30pm. And then they didn't clean the areas they were supposed to focus on. It was a very annoying and disappointing experience,

Description of Work: Provider set up my regular Monday cleaning on Friday this week due to Labor Day on Monday. I set up the cleaning for 1 pm because I was going to be out of town until noon on Friday. I had house guests in my home while I was gone. Cleaners showed up at 9 am despite cleaning time scheduled for 1 pm. My house guests called me to tell me cleaners were there. I told them to tell the cleaners they needed to come back at 1...the scheduled time. My house guests did so, explaining the arranged time of 1 pm. The cleaners spoke in Spanish back and forth to each other not realizing my house guests spoke Spanish, and called them/me a liar in Spanish. The cleaners then left and I called the service. They said they had called me earlier in the week and left me a message stating they would be there at 9 am instead of 1 pm...but I was out of town (which they knew because I had explained this to them) and therefore, I never got the message....which didn't matter anyway...they had no right showing up earlier without confirmation from me. This service is not only expensive but they don't do a good job cleaning. I've had soap scum left in my bathtub after they supposedly did a deep cleaning, the baseboards they state they wipe down were left with visible dirt/dust on them, countertops in kitchen were left with crumbs on them. For the price I paid for a small 2 bedroom condo, the service was terrible. They were in and out in 45 minutes each week...and the lack of good cleaning showed they rushed thru in less than an hour. The final straw with this service was when they called my house guests/me a liar when we explained we had set up our cleaning for 1 pm, not 9 am...which was confirmed when I called the service...they told me, yes, it was set up for 1 pm, but it wasn't the persons fault on the phone because 'somebody else' at the service changed the time. No accountability with this company. Don't use them! Save your money!

Description of Work: We used Excel Services Network Inc for house cleaning. Four weeks ago we used them. We paid them around $100.

Description of Work: Excel cmes every other week for a full house cleaning. Each time they come they perform a deep cleaning on one or two rooms which is great. They do everything but windows....but who does these days??

Description of Work: Excel has been cleaning our homes for the last several years. They do EVERYTHING from dishes to floors to dusting to changing the linens on the beds!

Description of Work: I elected to have a "deep cleaning" done in my home. This is an option for the customer to have a "deep cleaning" where by they clean everything in the home very well, and not merely a cursory cleaning. I liken this to a car detailing as opposed to a car wash. They vacuumed and cleaned all the floors; cleaned the kitchen thoroughly including the inside of the microwave; dusted the entire home including the tops of the 3/4 walls I have; cleaned all the bathrooms including all along the edges of the the shower doors; wiped down the door jams and any exterior wood trim; vacuumed furniture including underneath the cushions. Windows were extra, but I elected not to have them cleaned.

Description of Work: "Deep Clean" of 2000 sq. ft. living space: - vacuuming of carpets, rugs, mats stairs, upholstery - hard floor cleaning - dust/clean of all surfaces, floor trim, door trim, cabinets, fixtures, wood/leather furniture, appliances and objects - dust/clean of all window blinds

Description of Work: I use Excel for my regular housecleaning - both at home and at my office. They do a great job, are punctual and thorough, and I use them biweekly at home and weekly at work. They leave reports on the tasks they performed and my house always smells clean when I get home.
