Two gentlemen spent around 2 - 1/2 hours and cleaned the carpets top to bottom. Hoping it looks as good after it dries.

The window cleaning was fantastic, they did a great job. Our windows are super old and dirty and they took care of them and cleaned up everything. I was a little disappointed in the house cleaning, they didn't do as great a job as I would have liked for a "deep cleaning". We used this service prior to moving into our new house, and wanted everything sparkling. Everything got clean, but it just seemed like there were spots they missed with the vacuum, and our hardwood floors could have been scrubbed better than they were. It was nice to come home to a clean house, they did hit all of the superficial stuff, but paying that much for a deep clean I would have expected some more attention to detail. I'd recommend them, and I'd probably use them for a regular upkeep to just keep stuff tidy, but I would have liked a deeper clean.

I was remiss in getting the gentleman's name that gave me the estimate, but he was very professional & personable. He explained what they would do & the charge for each. He also noted some places that needed extra attention such as a place on the basement floor where a freezer had defrosted & dirty water had run. Everything shone like a new penny! There were deep imprints in the carpet from furniture, especially in the bedrooms, which had underbed drawer frames. The carpet cleaners got these marks out so they are hardly noticeable. None of the furniture had been moved for several years & they did a wonderful job getting the traffic paths clean so it's hard to tell where the carpet was new (under the beds again) and the rest of the floor. Windows sparkled! Cleaning ladies did a marvelous job cleaning all the cupboards, closets, window sills, hidey-hole storage places as well as sweeping & mopping kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room - even the garage floor. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again or recommend them to anyone. It was nice to have one company that did everything & not have to hire a different place for each procedure.

I called Excel asking if they could service Golden and if it would be possible to do a deep clean on the house the following Friday (approximately 10 days later.) Several other cleaning services that I called did not even call me back. Excel scheduled an estimate for me with the owner, who came out early in the morning so I could speak to him before I went to work. He showed up exactly at the time he was supposed to and was very friendly and professional. They were also able to schedule me for the Friday that I requested and sent two people out to perform a deep clean on my home. I received several follow-up phone calls as they dialed in the time that they would be arriving. Carmen and Janet did an excellent job cleaning everything. I am very type "A" and can honestly say that there were only 1 or 2 items that I would have liked to have had more attention. Even better than that, there were sooooo many items that I would never have thought could look so clean and never would have been touched if I continued to be the only person maintaining my home. They were great and I will definitely have them out for bi-monthly cleanings. I gave a B for the pricing in my review because it is a little more expensive than I would like to pay for regular cleanings. When I asked the owner if there was a way we could reduce the price, he did say that we could remove some rooms from the regular cleanings. However, due to the drive out to Golden he would only be able to reduce the price to a certain amount. I appreciated him being honest and upfront. So far, I am very happy with Excel.

After reading all the reviews, I was very disappointed. My main issue was the windows. I paid an additional fee for them to clean the windows and only about half of the windows seemed to have been touched at all, if even cleaned. Besides the windows, everything else was cleaned well. I was in the middle of moving, so I did not get a chance to inspect the house before they left. The girls did not inform me they were done, so I did not start looking around until I noticed their car was gone.

My husband and I are both disabled and have difficulty keeping up with home maintenance. My daughter gave us a Christmas gift of a deep cleaning and monthly maintenance service. I wasn't sure about it because I hate that I have to revert to this after years of keeping my house myself. A very respectful representative of the company came out and gave us a reasonable quote for the deep clean and we arranged for that to happen this month. The two employees Jamie and Claudine were right on time with all of their own equipment and products. We discussed a few details and they went right to work. They were thorough and pleasant the entire time they were here. The supervisor, Rosie, stopped by and she was a delight just like the others we have met from this company. We will use these services and perhaps more services from this company. They did end up staying a little longer than they thought they would but that didn't change the way they worked. I have scheduled them to come back and I have added extra sessions that my husband and I will pay for.

Great biweekly service for six months now.

It's weas great. They when righ tto work. Cleaned everything is two hours. Boy did this place shine. I'll have them back.

Easy-peasy. I called. The owner came out to give me an estimate. They came the next week. They have been cleaning for me for over 4 years. They also now clean for several family members an friends. HIGLY recommend them!

I have now used Excel for approximately two months. While the price is higher than what I have been paying, it is worth it for the assurance that someone would be there every week (the past two housecleaners I have used were solo, and cleaning depended upon their health, the health of their kids, their kids' school schedules, etc.....) I was very impressed from the time of my initial meeting with the estimator, and remain impress with the quality of their service and their willingness to please and address any issues. Over the last 25 years I have used a number of other services and individuals to clean my house, and Excel ranks right up with the best (both individuals). I highly recommend Excel for housecleaning services.

Great experience from the price quote to finished product. I will use them again.

I interviewed the owner of this company in my kitchen about his housecleaning services and the price for my home. He looked me in the eyes and answered that he would provide 6 references for me to contact on the following Monday. I trusted his word. That Monday, I sent him an e-mail regarding the references. I did not hear from him. So, I phoned him later that day and he assured me that one of his office staff would provide me with those references. I never received the references by e-mail, post, or phone call. His actions proved him unreliable and untrustworthy. I do not recommend this company.

I've used every one of the 'large ad' housecleaning services in the yellow pages over the past seven years, but no company has ever done as thorough a job as these people, and the price was very reasonable. Absolutely recommended.

Housekeeping staff was punctual, friendly, and overall did a great cleaning job. Very happy with using this company!

We tend to get the same crew every time, which is a positive and they are familiar with the house. They are reliable in the sense that they come between 8am and 8.30am window every Thursday morning, without missing any of it. If we have special situations, like if we need to call them up and not have them come one day, they are okay with that. If we have a special function or party going on here on a Saturday night, they are able to flip it over on a Friday instead of a Thursday so that the house is cleaner for the event. If we say that we are going to be gone for three weeks on vacation and that we don’t want the service during that period, they are okay with that too. They are two of them that come and work for two hours, that is fairly expensive on a per hour rate but they look through and get more done in two hours than I could get done in eight hours. That is why we keep using them.

Excel has been cleaning our house weekly for about 6 months. The two ladies who came each week - Nancy & Faviola - did an excellent job. We always came home to a home that felt clean and sanitized. They addressed floors, carpets, baseboards, cabinets, dusting, bathroom/kitchen fixtures. They always cleaned while we were not at home and I never had to worry about the security of my home or belongings. They took care to keep our items in the best condition possible. We look forward to using them again in our new home after our upcoming move.

Excel sent two individuals to clean the house and they cleaned non-stop from 8 in the morning until 7 at night. The house was spotless and we were so impressed that we now have them come every two weeks to clean. The only disappointing thing was that when they showed up to clean, neither of the individuals spoke English. I called the company and they sent a representative over within 20 minutes to talk with me and the ladies who would be cleaning the house. I wish I had known ahead of time that they wouldn't be speaking English so that I could have more fully explained my expectations.

They are reliable. They are on time. They are consistent. Their price is competitive. I trust them.

We had previously used them and had a team that knew the house. Due to a mixup on time (not their fault) they had to assign another team to the job, but neither one spoke English. Aside from the communication problems they did a good job, and made every effort to meet our needs. We had used them for several other cleanings. On one occasion the housekeeper left a wet bucket on the floor, and it left a mark that couldn't be removed. Jim was very responsive to handling the issue, which we believe was resolved to our satisfaction. They have good customer service. Only complication was the language barrier.
