They showed up on time and were very professional. The windows look great and they did a good job. They did leave some dirt on the window sills and carpet other then that the service turned out great.

The actual cleaning went very well with the company. Both we and the property manager were very impressed with how clean the place looked. That said, I feel like there was (is?) little organization within the company. I scheduled the cleaning a week or more prior to the date of service and called a few days beforehand to confirm everything was still on schedule. Whoever answered the phone couldn't find our service order in the system and basically said "oh, we're cleaning your house?" - Thankfully they were not very busy at the time and were able to keep the same day services. I cannot recall all of the details, but we ended up also having timing issues with the actual house cleaning and carpet cleaning. The house was supposed to be cleaned in the morning and then the carpets were being done after hours to ensure the house would be clean by the end of our lease date. The house wasn't finished before the carpets were started and we had to leave so I'm not sure how everything got done. In the end though, the house looked great for our walk-thru - I just wish the behind the scenes/details of the service were handled better. With having twins and in the process of moving I didn't enjoy not knowing if everything would fall together in time without us having to pay penalties.

I appreciated Excel's business-like checklist of duties they perform, as part of their regular house cleaning service. That way, the service provider and the client are "on the same page" about expectations. Also liked the chance to choose two rooms for "deep" cleaning -- i.e. in my kitchen they dusted everything on the upper cabinets, did a great job on the wood floor, and more.

They arrived when they said they would, were friendly and professional. When they were finished they also told me about the condition of my windows and screens.

Professional and prompt. Unfortunately, the spots are gradually showing again. We tried cleaning them ourselves and they look better. The carpet was in good shape and didn't need much work, so we're disappointed with the results.

Arrived on time and went right to work. The house was in pretty good shape, so not too difficult to clean. They did a good job.

They came out to clean my windows. They missed one of my windows, unfortunately it was the one that I could not reach. One of the workers was chewing on sunflower seeds while he was working and did not clean up the shells after they left. The windows that they did clean were done very well, I was just disappointed with the one that they missed.

The big deal covered my entire house, everything was great, as a matter of fact they gave us a lot of information as to what they were doing and why something didn't work and they even came back and they cleaned the place for free.

They fit me in (even though their special offer through Angie's probably kept their schedules very busy) in time for a party I was hosting. Fast, speedy work with a walk-through at the end for any questions or concerns. I was pleased with their work and I tipped them before they left.

I found them to be a good value and patient with explaining a service I've not had done before.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. They were on time. They explained everything that they were going to do. They did a great job and they got the awful stains out of my carpet. They were very friendly and polite.

The two young men who came to my house did an excellent job. My windows are the original ones in my 1952 ranch-style house. I tried to keep my dogs away from them, but they tolerated them quite well even when my Jack Russell jumped into the lap of the one who was crouching down to check something out. I have a large front window that gets a lot of sun. They washed it 5 times so that it just gleams. I can't believe how great my windows look. Wow! hadn't realized how dirty they were.

Excel is very professional with their follow up; I had issues scheduling and they were very flexible due to construction situations; when they came to accomplish work it was thorough and they cleaned my carpets in the Eco-friendly manner I requested; I had questions regarding spots on higher windows and they came back out to spot clean; it was not their manner in cleaning but argon gas that has seeped in between panels. They are professional, courteous, respectful and have integrity.

They showed up early - which I was thrilled about and got right to work. They were very pleasant and did a wonderful job. I will most certainly call them again as well as recommend them.

They did a really good job. They were prompt, they had some service they came up and provided and they came up and checked up on and they did a really nice job. They did everything I asked them to do, I just thought they did a thorough job on cleaning. They cleaned up my refrigerator which I really appreciated because I didn't end up trying to get that done. So they cleaned up my blinds, I have wooden blinds and I was happy to have those done because that took me forever to do those. My house is a little bit torn out because I was trying to get ready for something here to stay after the reunion and my house was torn up into pieces. They did everything, they cleaned floors and everything just really looked nice when they finished. Every room was really nice and I was very happy with everything.

We are moving into a new house. The carpet got very dirty due to a bathroom remodel. I took a risk and bought the Angie's List Deal with Excel. For $149 they were to clean the whole house (up to 1800 square feet). I knew we were pretty close to 1800, and the carpet was also spread out over three floors (but only 6 steps of stairs), so I was fully expecting to pay extra charges. But no, The Excel guys came and left. Not a penny more. Most importantly, they did an amazing job. I could not have been happier. I even went on Excel's website to see what other services they offered so I can hire them in the future. Now that's proof of customer satisfaction!

Two technicians showed up on time and ready to work. They worked very quickly, and efficiently as a team. The two technicians worked very hard and did excellent work. The truck mounted equipment used provided very hot cleaning fluids and excellent suction. The results were amazing. I highly recommend this company and the two technicians that performed the services.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and they were wonderful. They were fast and friendly, I would absolutely use them again.

The services provided by Excel Services Network Inc. was great.

The carpet cleaning wasn't quite has been that I would have like. There were some trash that were left over in the master bedroom and there was a couple of places where it looks like has skid marks. I was just less satisfied with the carpet cleaning but with the house cleaning, they did a really good job. I actually got a compliment about how clean the place, so that was good.

They are open and receptive to my needs.

Excel Services does quality work. The not only clean my personal residence, but the also do "move out" and "move in" cleans for my real estate clients.
