Outstanding/Stellar-- no other way to describe it!

The two gentleman who came out and cleaned were very courteous, prompt and quick. They cleaned the windows inside/out and screens and never looked better. Sills were also cleaned and cannot believe how black they were. I plan on using these guys again in the spring. Once a year is well worth it!

The guys cleaned 20 exterior windows. However when the sun hits the windows you can see streaks left by the squeegies. The cleanings were not crystal clear.

Great! They were on times, professional and affordable. We would use them again.

I was disappointed because they sell the deal as 10 windows but when they come to your house and price out the rest of the windows, it’s per pane which means that you’re paying $9 for each window after that. They did a good job. You need to have a better understanding on their pricing.

I was satisfied with the work. They did what they were supposed to do.

They got the windows pretty clean. The person that was doing it was chewing on sunflower seeds so they got sunflower seeds in most of my window sills, which I didn't appreciate. My wife says she doesn't think that they washed the screens and they said they were going to. They worked on the outside only and the windows were clean. They did do an extra window for us with no charge.

The team of two arrived on time. Guys were conscientious about their work. I was pleased with the job they did. My only issue with this company is that one of the guys was snacking on sunflower seeds while he was working and left the shells all over- on the ground beneath my windows, on my back deck , on the driveway, and on the front porch. I would have appreciated them being more respectful of my property. It also created work for me as I was the one who had to clean it up.

They did a great job. Took their time, cleaned up after theirselves and were very polite. I will definitely use them again.

Was not on time; had to schedule additional time for the next day. This was not a problem for me fortunately. I had a lock box so it made things easier. I was not there when the work was performed. When I inspected, quite a few items were not clean. The ceiling light fixtures had a thick layer of dust. The glass in the shower stall still had a lot of soap build up. I contacted the company who scheduled time to come back. The second time was better but still not to the standards I had expected for the price. I recently found out that I had not paid my bill. My husband had been deployed and I guess I had too many things I was taking care of and didn't realize the bill had not been paid as I am consciencious about paying my bills on time. As it turned out, the company was sending the invoice to the wrong address.

This is a really good company--they showed up on time and cleaned my windows inside and out. Very professional, neat an thorough. Highly recommend!

Eric and David showed up promptly to begin the work. They were very conscientious about not tracking on my white carpets. They worked diligently and reviewed all of the work after they were finished, touching up any spots that were missed. The pricing was very reasonable. Eric was also very knowledgeable about the windows and what they needed. The windows themselves looked very good. My only complaint is that they used rags and then blew into the window tracks to get the gunk out. Admittedly my tracks had lots of gunk. Unfortunately that left quite a mess on the carpets around each window. It would have helped a lot if they had used a small vacuum to remove debris from the tracks instead of just blowing it out. And in a few cases there were drips from the dirty rags. I will do this again. Thanks Angie's List and Excel Services for the special deal!

went great, showed up on time, and walked around to make sure I was happy with the service.

The two young men who came, Eric and David could not have been more professional. They worked at a fast pace and did not stop once. I have three small dogs, one who had just had surgery and they were very kind and thoughtful to manage walking around with my dogs underfoot.When they finished, my windows were sparkling !! And the screens were as clean as they were when new. I checked the tracks of the windows and they were totally clean. As of today, even with the rain recently, All windows, screens and the tracks are still perfect!!!I am very happy with the service and will certainly call them next year. Janice B.

They did a great job and I am quite impressed. They actually did some extra things and did not charge me. They just did a great job I was really pleased with it, one guy worked inside and one worked out and, they were in and out in an hour and a half. They are charging me for each pane, they charge like, they consider three panes as one window which was really nice.

The people that did the work were outstanding. They first contact with the administration I would say they were not professional. Once they got here though, I was very impressed with the workers. The best I have ever hired.

There were two gentlemen who arrived to clean the windows. We had 10 window cleaned on the inside and out. What was nice is they took the time to review the job prior to starting, telling me what they were going to do. Then they went about their business. It didn't take long and they did the tracks, inside, outside or the windows and the screens. Afterwards, we did an inspection of the job at it was excellent. Two very nice men, polite and punctual. They even mentioned that if we see a big smudge or smear from their cleaning job they would come back to fix. Awesome!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. We discussed the job, they gave us a proposal, we accepted it and they did a good job.

I purchased a deal to clean inside and out up to ten windows. Was to include cleaning of windows, tracks, screens, and sills. Very friendly and professional. They did call to let me know they were on their way. While they were working, I checked on some of the windows they had done. The sills were left uncleaned. I had to go back on Angie's List to look at my "deal" to confirm that the sills were included. When I brought that to their attention, I was told "they wipe them down when any water drips on them while they are doing the windows". This is not my definition of "clean". I was also informed that the windows were warped and in need of replacing and that subsequent cleaning would get them cleaner. He did go back with a wet rag and "wipe"more vigorously at the sills. The screens were all new, so didn't need cleaning, but I did not see if they attempted to clean them. Still some grime in tracks. Overall, not satisfied. While they seemed quite diligent at their task, I was put off by having to ask for something I though I was already getting. I was not aware there are different "levels" of clean. Would not use them again.

The window cleaning was wonderful. They did a beautiful job. They are very good and very professional.

Very well. Excel does a deep cleaning of two rooms and I was expecting that cleaning to be a bit deeper than it was, but on balance we are happy and have decided to have them clean our home again. They are very communicative and we appreciate that very much.

The service provider never contacted me.

The company confirmed an hour before on the day to make sure I was home. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and set to work immediately. All the screens were removed and the windows inside and outside cleaned including the tracks. The two service people were very polite, covered their shoes when they went upstairs on the carpeting. They worked around me and did the job very promptly. I was asked to inspect each window before they left. They did a very good job, my windows and screens were sparkling. I am definitely going to use them again next spring.

I called Excel to look into general housecleaning services. The person I spoke to scheduled a time for the owner to come out and take a look at the house, so I took time out of my schedule to be home that morning. The morning of the appointment the owner left a voicemail message for me that he "had to go up into the mountains" and couldn't make the appointment. He blamed his scheduler for the mistake - I feel it would have been more professional for him to apologize for the mistake, to value my time, and to value me as a potential customer.
