When we decided to re-do our kitchen lighting, we chose Electric Dr again, and I'm very glad we did. Scheduling the project was easy. Tyler the electrician showed up early, and installed 5 new can lights, 3 pendant lights, and new switches. In addition to the kitchen remodel, we kept adding additional tasks, adding new GFI outlets in the kitchen, one completely new outlet, new ceiling fan controller, outlet repairs, etc. Tyler completed all the work quickly, efficiently, and was very professional. I will definitely use Electric Doctor again for any electrical work.

+ 0 moreWe contacted Electric Doctor when I found a bad outlet while redoing a bedroom. Didn't expect them to be able to come out as soon as they did. They were originally scheduled for around 3pm. They called & notified me that they might be up to 2 hours late due to a previous job taking longer then expected. The electrician showed up just after 5pm & worked until around 7pm to complete the work. He also reinforced the ceiling box to make the new fan more stable. He did a great job & I will definitely use them for more electrical work in the future.
Description of Work: Installed ceiling fan, replaced 4 outlets, 1 light switch & properly pigtailed wire from aluminum to copper.

Description of Work: i had a light fixture in a crawl space that needed replaced, Tyler replaced it quickly and with a better fixture. I also had a Ring video doorbell I needed hard wired. He did it extremely well and had all the wires concealed. Lastly I had an low voltage inverter for external halogen nights. He finished of the two hour package well with the two hours and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend this provider.

Description of Work: They came in and tested my entire house for electrical problems due to new LED lights just failing. They made sure it was the actual lights and not the wiring in my house. They also installed a whole house surge protector

It's the first time (but I'm sure not the last) I've used their services. Tyler was courteous, professional, and patient in answering my and my wife's questions. He solved our immediate problems. He's a joy to have in our home, working on our issues. I wish all service providers were as punctual and proficient as Tyler, Jimmie, and Electric Doctor!
Description of Work: Replaced burned out dimmer light switch, checked and advised on other lighting and electrical issues, straightened a crooked hanging light fixture in kitchen nook, and performed various other minor work over 2 hours.

Tyler called to tell me when he was twenty minutes away and when he arrived, it was clear he had experience. Very nice too---he held doors open for me as we walked to different parts of the house. He was able to quickly identify and resolve the problems. High recommend and actually look forward to using them again!

They drilled through brick and mortar exterior of an 80 year old home and managed to successfully feed wire down the wall that is largely blocked by brick, cement, and plaster. The process went very well, looks professional, and now I can enjoy xmas lights this year!

Electrician arrived on time and did a good job on replacing the can lights. He installed dimmer switches and replaced the kitchen outlet. Professional and personable electrician. will use them again.

+ -1 moreI hired Electric Doctor when we moved in and they helped us with our remodel and LED conversion and everything went really well so I called them back since we decided to install Sonos in our home. I talked to Jimmie who again quoted me over the phone, which is so great. The price was where we thought it would be and we went ahead and scheduled the purchase and installation of a new Sonos home theater Playbar and Sub with surround sound and they mounted our 70" HDTV and a few other Sonos speakers for our master bedroom and garage. The installation went beautifully as it did before, the installers were polite, professional and they did a great job cleaning up and left no damage. I definitely recommend Electric Doctor now for Sonos as well as electrical.

+ 0 moreWe are adding air conditioning to our house and our HVAC company said they needed to upgrade the panel since our was from the 1970's and they provided a pretty high price in our minds. I called a few other companies and got voicemail but when I called Electric Doctor, Jimmie answered and was able to provide me an estimate right over the phone for the work we needed done to add air conditioning to our house and that price was far better than our HVAC quoted. The service from start to finish was really great, after accepting he sent an email work order and they accepted credit cards. Tyler and Matt came out and did the install, it only took them a day and the work turned out great and they cleaned up everything. Very impressed with Electric Doctor, I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.
