They are very efficient and left everything nice and neat. Tyler was very nice to work with. I didn't have to wait long for them to come out and I was very pleased with everything.

They did a fantastic job. They were the only company that bid what I asked for, to swap out the panel. Everyone else tried to force me into upgrading service at a cost of $3000+ when it wasn't needed.

Jimmie was easy to get a hold of, as was able to set-up an appointment with them pretty quickly. The tech came to our house right on time and was very nice and helpful. He took a look at our problem and described exactly what the issue was and what our options were to remedy it. Once we made our choice, he was able to provide the lighting in that room we'd always wanted. Would definitely use them again should we have any other electrical work to be done.

I left work early to meet the technician within the time window, so I was a bit unhappy when the 2 hour window expired with out the technician arriving or a call from the company. I called them and they were surprised to hear this. They got a hold of the technician and then explained he had gotten stuck in traffic but could still come. Upon arrival, I explained the issue with the outlet and he was able to replace the outlet with a better product and further insulate it to avoid blowing the outlet out again. I was happy he took that extra step that had be skipped by the original installer. He gave me an estimate for basement lighting and was able to offer various design ideas. He seemed very knowledgeable and I will use them again.

Tyler was just as nice as he could be. He was quick and efficient and did a wonderful job. It was raining pretty hard when he came and needed to bring in the tall ladder from his truck to hang my light. He went out of his way to shake the water off the ladder so it wouldn't make a mess in my house. I really appreciated him doing this. I made plans for him to do future work in my house and feel confident he will do a good job.

Jimmie Bisgard of Electric Doctor was prompt, patient and thorough in answering my many questions about a number of items in my home, and did an excellent job of installing the new light fixture. The company was professional from the beginning, from answering the phone (many companies have a recorded answer saying "leave a message and we'll call you back"), making the appointment, sending confirmations via email, to the friendly and energetic Mr. Bisgard. He left everything in good working order, clean and no dirty fingerprints.

The service experience with Electric Doctor was A+ from the start. The customer service in making the appointment was great. The electrician called a few day prior to the appointment to better understand the work that would be required. The day of the appointment he called to reconfirm and see if could come early (which he did). The electrician was professional, friendly and completed all work as requested. Jimmie arrived on time. He was warm, friendly and professional. He quickly removed the broken fan and installed the new one in about a 45 minute time period. He did a beautiful job, cleaned up the packing debris and took the old fan away to be recycled. The final bill was the price he estimated on the phone plus an added discount of 20%. I am very pleased with Jimmie's work and I will gladly recommend this company for any type of electrical work that needs to be done. I will definitely use this company again.

Angie's List shows this provider has weekend hours. I called on a Saturday and left a VM to contact me. This provider never returned the call.

Everything went really well with a really reasonable quote which got them the job. Estimator ran late and had to reschedule, but the good companies are the busy ones after all. Job well done, thanks guys!

An electrician and his assistant arrived at a pre-arranged time and were asked about several projects that I wanted completed. I did have an Angie's coupon that supposedly discounted part of the work. It took awhile to troubleshoot and outdoor outlet that did not function but he eventually was able to trace the problem and successfully get it to work. In the meantime,the assistant installed a new outlet on the side of my barn. One of the men had to make numerous entries and exits to the house while working. Each time he allowed the door to slam which made immense noise and really irritated my wife. I inquired about installing another outlet inside my garage as well as setting up the circuit breaker box so that I could run a generator in case of electrical outage. Six weeks later.. I am still awaiting the estimate for what it would cost. The two young men seemed competent for basic projects however I do not think I would hire them for anything more complex. The tax on the materials was calculated incorrectly and there is a $10 fuel charge for coming to Castle Rock

This company service and cost were excellent. They arrived on time, performed an evaluation of the work and clearly identified safty vs. preference needs. We decided on a plan- then they started the clock and performed the work. I have had them to my house twice and have recieved outstanding services. I highly recommend this company.

Installation went fine. Weeks later landscaper mentioned there was too much moister inside junction box. Eventually I called to have it fixed since service was warrantied. Appointment was scheduled on Monday 1-3. At 3 I called since no one showed up, the excuse was, their technician was sick -- did not help me, since I made it a point of being home in the afternoon from work. I arranged the next day at 4PM, needing to get work looked at, corrected. They showed up at 10 AM -- so much for making appointments. Unless you know about electrical stuff and have plenty of time to be around the house waiting -- I would recommend someone else -- you would probably be better with the overall results.

Great as always. Called Electric Doctor to come do some pre-Thanksgiving upgrades to the house before we had family in town. Jimmie gave me a price over the phone which was reasonable and scheduled the appointment. Tyler came out on time and did all the work that day and cleaned up when he was done. Definitely recommend Electric Doctor.

Fantastic!! Wahoo... No more condensation or bad smells in the bathroom. Tyler did a fantastic job. I would recommend him for any job. You can't even tell a light was replaced or a hole cut for a new fan. I even got a fantastic new light switch. Definitely recommend him!!

Everything went well! Electrician seemed very knowledgeable, worked hard, went quickly from job to job in the house. He let me know when he was done and if I had more work since we prepaid for 2-hours. He was very calm, respectful, informative and gave great advice. He pointed out some safety concerns not up to current code and gave me some advise & estimates on some future work we'd like done. We were very pleased!

He did an excellent job and explained it all to me including how my house was wired up. A funny thing happened ... once he left, about 5 minutes later, all my electricity went out. I called him on his cell phone and he came right back. We found out that there was a power outage in the neighborhood ... but it freaked me out! He was very nice about it. The only thing I would have liked is to have a written account of how my house was wired as my memory wasn't too good at the time since I was taking care of a terminally ill family member. However, I was extremely satisfied. He was very nice and I will use him again!

Went well. Accomplished goals. Took much less time than purchased. Ends up that we wasted our money to a certain extent. But the work we wanted done was completed quite easily.
