Dreamstyle Remodeling of Denver

My husband and I had been considering resurfacing our kitchen cabinets for about a year because we did not want to do a tear out. We were shopping at Costco and spoke with a woman who told us about Costco's remodeling programs including resurfacing. We made an appointment, and Brian was our first contact with Dreamstyle Remodeling. He brought samples of what was available and reinforced our thoughts that any company Costco recommends must be good. Brian bent over backwards for the next week until we were satisfied with our selection. He arranged for us to see the cabinets we selected installed at Dreamstyle and then offered us other options when we changed our minds. Cody then came to measure and answered many more of our questions. These are two quality young men. Matt was our contact person at Dreamstyle who oversaw our project. From the time we made our selection, he kept us informed concerning the timetable, answered our questions and reassured us when we had concerns. On the first day of install, three young men, Troy, Dakota and Jared, arrived to do the install. They worked three long days to install the resurfacing materials on the boxes, the new doors and the new drawers in the kitchen and the powder bathroom. They not only worked hard but were very polite and friendly. Raymond, their boss, came by to assess the install and has been available to us since completion. We have been very pleased with the entire process and the excellent communication with everyone involved including the finished product. We have a beautiful new kitchen and powder bathroom, thanks to Dreamstyle Remodeling of Denver!

I found Dream Style Remodeling on Angi. They were the first company to call, within minutes of requesting bids. It should be illegal to have a new tub and wall installed in less than a day! Raymond, Roy, and Noah did an excellent job at installing a new tub with surround. They were respectful of our home. Cleaned up everything. The installation took a little over 4 hours. Dream Style Remodeling kept us completely up-to-date with the schedule every step of the way. And Justine, our design consultant we extremely helpful in choosing the best product for our budget. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!

We had dreamstyle remodel our shower and update our space. Nick and Jason C were very very competent workers .They finished the job to perfection and we were very happy to have them in our house .

We worked with DreamStyle on our shower replacement. We had multiple companies come and give us a pitch but dreamstyle made the biggest impression due to the material quality and what they said they provide in service (a team to do demo and install, quality service and reachability, professionalism). They seemed to pride themselves on it, however that was not the case. The day of installation we find out that there will only be one person to do the entire job (his partner had an emergency which is fine, but then dreamstyle should have hired additional support). Additionally the ordering was incorrect and we received the wrong parts, this happened a couple times. Due to this, the project took 7+ days rather than 2-3 as promised. This puts us out since we work from home and are on calls throughout the day, as well as have to keep our animals in our rooms to keep them out of the way. Additionally once it was complete we noticed a few spots were missing caulk and the drain wasn’t connected (I don’t blame the contractor since it was just him and overall he was wonderful, one more pair of eyes would be all that is needed). Then the real frustration comes from dealing with the project manager, he continues to not call back or reach out to his supervisor about our complaints and concerns, and brushes it all of like “it’s all unpredictable “. It’s unbelievable that you can charge $11,000+ and be this unprofessional and make this many mistakes. If it wasn’t for the material I would 100% recommend to look elsewhere. We received a response on google to email them at CustomerSatisfaction@DreamstyleUS.com, but this email address doesn't exist.

From the moment I contacted Dreamstyle Remodeling they were responsive and helpful. The consultation was great and clearly laid out what I could expect from the company. The pricing was reasonable and the product is great. The installation took less time than they initially quoted and they were able to put a rush on my job due to a medical necessity. They really work with your individual needs. The installer kept me informed about the progress and was done in one day. I love my new shower.

Perfectly wonderful. I am still stunned by how easy it was. Rulin and Warren were amazingly profession and detailed in their work. I was kept informed every step of the way on this project. Be careful though, expect to take a verrrrrry long shower the first time. It is a wonderful experience!!

Outstanding product! I had a bath to shower conversion done. I am extremely happy with the job and materials used. This remodeler also has a lifetime warranty. The installer was an experienced professional and a super nice guy. Chris made the experience wonderful. During the installation, it snowed 6" and was below freezing for the first day of cutting the shower panels to fit. He was outside in the driveway, in the snow, in freezing temperatures but he never complained and just took it in stride. He is meticulous when it comes to measuring, cutting and making those panels fit perfectly. Very impressive! Chris also needed to temporarily remove the toilet and vanity and then reinstall them. He also repaired a floor tile that was broken and loose near the new shower. Chris' attention to detail is superb. If I decide to remodel other rooms in my house, I will use Dreamstyle again but insist that Chris is the installer.

DreamStyle was OK. We were REALLY impressed with the contractors they sent to our home. They were very polite, professional and the shower looks amazing!

Installer, Chris, was wonderful. He showed up on time, started demo as soon as he assessed everything. Kept us apprised of progress and did an amazing job cleaning up every day before he left. We love the new step-in shower; exactly what we wanted!

Our complete remodel of two bathrooms included the huge project of moving a toilet and creating a water closet where the shower closet used to be and creating a shower where the luxury bathtub used to be. While the structure of our house and city code created obstacle after obstacle, project manager Joel Levy and installer David Oelgoetz were patient, creative, and diligent in finding solutions. Joel stayed in touch with us at every stage of the install, and he frequently checked on the work to be sure it was up to spec and to our satisfaction. David was consistently polite and punctual, and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of his work. He paid attention to every detail, and it was clear he cared about his work as the installer as much as we cared about the outcome as the homeowners. His commitment and positive attitude showed in his long hours and long days, and by the time the project was finished he was like a member of the family. My daughters even made him handmade cards and we all signed how grateful we were and how much we would miss him. I highly recommend both David and Joel as professional, easy to work with, quick to laugh, and dedicated to excellence.

The Magnolia Crew (Antonio Espinosa and Jose Garcia) did an exceptional job remodeling our old bathroom. They were both very professional and courteous during the entire process. When we remodel our upstairs bathroom we will definitely choose Dreamstyle and ask for Antonio and Jose again.

Nick, Jeff, & Jason were our installers and Amanda was our Customer Advocate....they were all on time, polite, very clean and careful where there walked and worked. The bathroom turned out beautiful and they left our house clean, just like when they arrived. Only took them one and one half days to complete the job. I would highly recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling, and already have recommended them to one friend. Very professional & quality work crew!!

My project manager Joel L. was a true professional, he sat with me and went through my entire project, answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns. He set project expectations and ensured those expectations were met. I had no unwanted surprises and my project stayed on budget, no surprise cost overruns. My installer Jason H. was an amazing craftsman and made sure my project turned out great. He respected my home, kept it clean, and allowed me to be a part of the project. I would certainly recommend Joel, Jason, and Dreamstyle if you need your bath remodeled.

I've been a member of Sam's club for 17 years, and I've often seen Dreamstyle representatives inside the store talking about the services they offer. I finally decided to have them do a quote to remodel our dated bathroom. It turned out that I had just had my kitchen remodeled with Home Depot and I was going to go with Home depot for the remodel but. . . when I received Dreamstyles quote, I was blown away by the LIFETIME WARRANTY, and the short time that the remodel could be completed. Nick finished the project professionally, efficiently and exceeded my expectations while finishing the project ahead of schedule. I look forward to working with Dreamstyle again.

We took nearly two years researching contractors, requiring detailed scope of work, transparent pricing, quality workmanship, and a strong warranty. Dreamstyle was the only one who provided all four. Vladimir's crew was extremely efficient and good. Project Manager Dillon provided oversight and problem solving, and Customer Advocate Amanda oversaw QC. We were skeptical at first, and this was all way better than expected.

Installers Antonio and Jose did an excellent job. They were skilled, courteous professionals and went to great lengths to do the job just as we wanted. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

Contracted with Dreamstyle of Colorado to have our bath tub replaced with a shower facility. Work was coordinated by Wesley Morano and completed by Clyde McCurdy. Both were courteous and friendly and Clyde is an excellent installer.
