Did the first repair job ok. Installed a garage door opener. Did not leave any paperwork. He told me to print it off on my computer. No paperwork? Did I get a new garage door opener or was it one that had been previously installed and taken out and I ended up with it. I would never recommend this company.

I received a text when Jesus was on his way. He explained everything and all of our options and pricing. He did a 29 point inspection. Once again, gave us upfront prices. Fortunately he was able to fix the problem and get the new remotes working even though our Genie motor is very old. Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process.
