It went great! They came out and gave me a bid the next day. Totally reasonable prices and able to schedule for the end of the same week. The installers communication was way above the expectation, he was respectful and contacted me with every step. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family and using them again in the future.

I recently purchased a home that required a lot of work as the previous owners had not kept up with routine maintenance. The garage door opener was barely attached to the garage ceiling and shook violently. In addition, the opener was very noisy and didn't always work. It was in such bad shape that I was sure I would need a new opener. When the technician arrived he assessed the situation and told me he would put a new opener in if I really wanted one, but he said he could remount the old one and service it so that it would work properly for years. I agreed to let him work on the old one. By the time he was done you would have thought I had a completely new opener. It has worked great ever since. It would have been easy for the tech to install a new opener and charge me much more, but for $100 he got the old one working like new. I very much appreciated his honesty and integrity.

I was very pleased with the service that I received! John called 15 minutes before he arrived - which was 25 minutes before the schedule appointment, explained everything that he was going to do once he found the problem, showed me what he had done, was very curteous and friendly and was gone in an hour!

I called about 3:30. They arrived in less than an hour. I could have been charged for much more, but only paid the basic service charge for work that included re-mounting one of my openers. The service tech was courteous, very thorough, and did excellent work.

When he (Leif) was installing the new door, he noticed that one of the new panels was damaged when he unpacked it. He went right away to get a repacement panel and still had the new door completely installed within just a few hours. The new panel he went to pick up, as it turned out, had a scuff mark on it. It was barely noticable unless you were really looking for it. He made sure that he took care of that, also. He got some matching touch-up paint and came back a few days later to re-paint the scuffed area. Now I can't even tell where the scuff was!

They showed up within a few hours of my call on a Saturday. Replaced the springs and tuned the door. Everything seems to be working fine.

We had a good experience with Don's Garage Doors. They came out right away and fixed our broken garage door spring that left access to the garage impossible. Even with the coupon we had they weren't cheap but I would still use them again.

had to make a return trip as the door malfunctioned because of a bad board. Not sure whe this occurred.

Offer included option of new wheels or outside opening pad. Not mentioned. Got the feeling they thought they could bluff a female (elderly). Not really impressed

I called Don's garage door at 2:30, they answered the phone in a very professional manner and they schedule me from 4:00 to 5:00. Five minutes before 4:00 John called me making sure somebody was a t home, he arrived by 4:05, he checked the garage door gave me an estimate of the part and labor, after approving the work he got it done in 30 minutes. This is the kind of service you expect from a company. People who know what are they doing and they treat the costumers with respect. As long as I leave in Denver Don's garage door is the company to work with.

They were very service oriented. they were also very thorough and very conscientious. They were also very timely and wanted to make sure they gave me the best service. I was very pleased with the work they did. They even came out on a saturday to do the work. I would highly recommend them.

I called Don's Garage Doors in the morning and was able to set an appointment the same day, in the afternoon. Leif arrived within the 2 hour window of time I was given. He called right before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Leif accessed the problem and was able to get things running smoothly again rather quickly. He explained that the cable that had been previously installed was on the lightweight side and showed me the thickness of the one he was installing. I did notice a difference in quality. Leif answered all my questions in a kind and patient manner.

I bought a Big Deal for the garage door spring. It turned out our garage door was not standard residential size, so they applied the money we paid to the higher priced spring replacement. He had to order the correct size spring and return with it later. It was all handled in a timely and professional way.

I called Don's Garage Doors last night, they called today and they said they'd be out. I talked to him about new garage door, he gave me a price on it and we're considering whether we're going to replace the door or not. If we decide to do it we'll probably go with them.

This was hands down the best experience I have had with any contractor ever! I called them in the morning and they sent out a great guy named Sterling that SAME afternoon. Sterling was scheduled to arrive between 2:30 and 4:00pm. He called at 2:00pm to say that he could come right over if that was ok with me. He arrived at 2:15pm and went right to work. He explained everything he was doing as he went along and gave me tips on maintaining my garage opener and door. He was able to salvage the circuit board (saving me $$$) and even lubed the rollers for me. Before I knew it he had repaired the opener, cleaned up what little "mess" he made and was done! The opener is fixed and quieter than it has ever been! I will recommend Don's to anyone and everyone.

Seth was on time both for his estimate and his appointment. He did a great job explaining my options and helped me choose the perfect door for my budget. He was finished sooner than he thought and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional and provided excellent product and service.

This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE.. Initially I called Don's because they were the first on my list of three (3) company's to contact for an estimate.. When I phoned, Craig answered he was very pleasant, professional and had a sense of humor, which I liked.. He answered ALL my questions and gave me a guestamate... Which I liked, I understood Don's cant be held to that quote without seeing the work, HOWEVER for someone to do that was refreshing and nice, that ball park allowed me to breath and understand the repair was not going to require me taking out a second mortgage.. So I got off the phone with the intent of calling another company but did not... I called Craig right back.. no other company was contacted... The actual repair... Gerritt was GREAT, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE, he answered my questions. he completed the repairs in less time than I anticipated and the door works better than before.... Who knew a door was not supposed to rattle..lol I've told several people about Don's... Hence forth they are now my go to for garage door repairs.. THANK YOU.... F.A. B....

They gave an exact quote at the consult meeting and were prompt to the installation. The door looks great! They were even careful about removing the previous trim so it would not look bad until I can repaint. The door is now so quiet when it opens. Before, my neighbor could tell when we got home. Now, we can't even hear it in the house. I highly recommend them!
