Description of Work: They did the garage door tune-up I had purchased through Angie's List. He was on time (a little early, in fact, but he called to make sure I was home), encountered no problems and now our door opens and closes a lot quieter and smoother.

Description of Work: Jared from Don's replaced one spring on a tandem garage door that has a single wide wood door which only has one spring. Time to complete job and write up invoice about 40 minutes. Job done with a minimum of mess and the replacement spring was visibly heavier metal so should last longer than the original which lasted 15 years. Jared and Tami both said the warranty is 1 yr labor and 3 yrs parts. I did not see that posted on the website or the receipt. They also had computer problems and the first phone rep had no idea what the warranty terms were. Therefore, I knocked off responsiveness to a B rating. Job was done within 18 hours of calling on a Friday night which was good since car was trapped in the garage.

Description of Work: I had a broken spring on my garage door. They gave me a window of noon to 2pm, In the morning Sterling called and asked to come early, which worked really well for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Told me right up front what I needed and the cost. He also went above and beyond by adding additional deck screws to the door. I would definitely use them again.

We have had no problems and are satisfied with the work as completed. A minor problem with a part was immediately corrected and replaced free of charge.
