Wonderful! The technician Jordan was knowledgeable, informative, efficient, and helpful. We got next day service when our garage door broke. I would absolutely call Don's Garage Doors for our next garage door issue.

One of the two garage door springs broke Sunday night. I called Don's early Monday morning and asked for an estimate. After answering several questions, the receptionist mentioned that they recommend that both springs be replaced. I had run into this recommendation several times Sunday night when researching garage door problems and repair costs on the internet, so I thought the suggestion made sense. Her estimate was competitive with other companies . I was in luck that they had an opening in their service schedule between 9 and 11 am that very morning. Kevin the installer called at 9 to say he was 1/2 hour away...and he did indeed arrive 1/2 hour later. He noticed the 25 year old noisy metal door rollers and suggested nylon replacements which I agreed to. Kevin was efficient, knowledgeable, polite and took time to answer several of my questions. By 10 am I had a functioning, quiet garage door! I am 100% happy that I called Don's and will use them in the future when problems develop.

Kelly called ahead to confirm his arrival, arrived on-time, was extremely courteous and professional, did great work and triple checked it all with me, and left the garage cleaner than he found it. I got an extra 4-6 inches of head room in the garage as a bonus. Top notch! They are my go-to garage team!

I am so happy with the service provided by Don's Garage Doors. Stop looking and just hire them. My experience went something like this. I emailed Don's to get a quote to replace an aging door on a two-car garage, as well as install a new door opener. I was contacted promptly to schedule a time for someone to come out and give me an estimate. They were able to have someone come out the very next day. Garret called 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment just to confirm the time and to let me know that he was in route. When he arrived, he was extremely professional. Garret is an installer, not a sales person, so he was more interested in getting me what I needed, instead of just pushing for a big sale. He spent the time explaining my options and the benefits of each one. When we were through, he quoted me a price that was even less than the 2 other quotes that I had received (from much less professional companies). Don's Garage Doors was able to get my new door ordered and received in less than a week. Today was install day and Garret was the one who was doing the install. It is hard to believe that he was able to replace the door, tracks, fitting, opener all by himself in such a short period of time. He did it quietly, cleanly and professionally.

My garage door spring broke on the 4th of July, I called Don's on Monday the 6th and got an appointment for the next day. Ryan the tech called before arrival and was very professional and informative. The spring was replaced and the 20 year old door was adjusted to seal properly and the opener, track, chain and closing pressure were all adjusted. Great to do business with such a company.

Don the owner arrived after the technician started work and answered all of my questions while providing guidance to his tech. It is obvious this company does the highest level work. Don ensured all opener adjustments were proper and also identified some shortcomings of previous repairs. Don provided a quote to address these issues, but there was absolutely no pressure to proceed at this time. The door works better than ever. I could not be happier with a company's response or level of craftsmanship.

Wonderful. I called on 5/29/15 and was given an appointment the next day. Call prior to technician coming to home. Service done, everything explained in detail. Instructions for maintaining given. Technician friendly and very professional.

I wanted to replace the garage door for my sister, I had done some research on door types and construction, so being an informed buyer I like when the company contact does not try to blow smoke at me. I set up an appointment to get the current door inspected and go over what we would need. Seth called 30 minutes before he was to show up giving me time to go to my sisters house. Seth was great, he went over everything, measured and gave us some options. I went ahead and agreed to the estimate and was told the office would contact me for an appointment. On Monday I was called, we set the appointment up and I gave her my charge card number so if the door was installed before I could arrive that day it would be paid for. Seth showed up as scheduled and put the door in with out issues. I was worried that something would be wrong with the door opener, but after Seth adjusted the opener it worked like a charm. The complete experience was great from start to finish, I highly recommend them!

Technician was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem with both openers.

Kevin came yesterday and repaired our garage door, springs and wheels. They were super nice on the phone and came within 2 hours which was amazing because we couldn't shut the garage door. Kevin was great, and he went above and beyond good service. He even gave my husband a run down on how to maintain the door workings in the future. Call them! Great company!

Had a great first interaction with Don's. I called sometime around lunch and asked if there was any way to fit me in same day. They spent some time looking at the schedule and found someone who could fit me in late in the afternoon. Service person was on time and very professional. Finished right when he said he would. Garage door now works again. Much happier 8-) Thanks Don's Garage Doors for a good experience.

Just a comment on their disposition: I called them to service a broken garage door spring. After staying on hold for about 10 minutes listening to what a fantastic team they had, someone came back on the line. By this time I was talking with another contractor in my home doing an unrelated job, who was in a rush to leave and was in the middle of leaving some quick but important info. I asked the person on the line from Don's if he could please hold for one minute. He muttered what I probably mistakenly though was an ok, but found out 30 seconds later that he had hung up. The bottom line is that they seem to think their time is much more valuable than their customers. I don't expect fantastic treatment, but a little common courtesy would have been nice.

On time. On estimate. Professional. Knowledgable. Thorough. What more could you want? Would use again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding customer service by Tammy and Ryan at Don's Garage Doors. I spoke with Tammy over the phone multiple times to set up an estimate, schedule the garage door replacement, collaborate with our insurance company, and follow-up repair. She was always professional, polite, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely suggest requesting Tammy when you call as she is the go-to person. Ryan made the house call to give a bid, replace the door, and check for a small problem (my fault - I disconnected a wire when sweeping out wall crevices). He was a patient listener, answered all my questions, was friendly and completed the work efficiently. Highly recommended company.

They replaced our old, outdated garage doors with new ones and also replaced all the old hardware. They were everything a good company should be. They were responsive and gave a quote shortly after we called on the phone. The quote was a very decent price. They came out on the day they told us they would, on time, and did a solid day's work replacing the old with the new. I have not a single complaint about this company. I strongly recommend them. They will now be replacing a garagae door on our business. Their practices have made us loyal customers and we will recommend them to anyone who is in need of new garage doors.

I selected Don because of his A Rating on Angie's List, but also because he stated that he does not use sub-contractors. Don is very personable, knowledgable, and make you wish he was the guy that originally installed your door. How many techs come to your house and weigh your garage door? Don does. And he uses this information to correctly torque the springs needed to open your door. I took advantage of Don's internet special and now have a garage door that actually work, and works quietly. Highly recommended.

After being told by another door company that my garage door needed to be replaced, Kevin @ Don's came out to give me an estimate and said he could fix my current door for less than $100.He proceeded over the next 1 1/2 hours and fixed my door and said it should have 3-5 years left.When it comes time to replace I'll definitely will have Don's handle the replacement.It's nice to see people today that will give you the straight scoop rather than just sell you something.

I can't say enough about the great service and professionalism displayed by Leif from Don's Garage Doors. My garage door jammed last night about six inches from floor and wouldn't budge. I called Don's and left a message. They called at 8:15 a.m., sent Leif who arrived early for his 10:30 app't, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it record time, lubricated and checked the door operation and did all this for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Don's again in the future.

After having my double garage door break and the glass shatter and fall out.Don's came out the same day to give a quote and ordered some custom insulated garage doors. They installed the new doors in one week from initial appoinment.Service was professional and prompt and done in a very timely fashion.Anyone looking for garage doors or service will not be disappointed by choosing Don's.

I didn't have to replace panel or anything like that so it wasn't expensive. I've had problems in the past with the garage door about 4 years ago and that very first time they did the panel. This time I was aware that the garage door is acting up so I stopped the garage door before it bend. The top panel usually caves in so I stopped it before it happens. It's just minor work of resetting the tracks to get it working again, oiling and everything. And also to make sure it's all in alignment. I think one of my wheels feel off, he found it in the trash and put it back on. I'd call him again. I couldn't be here when he was here but he kept his contact number. I had to leave to run an errand and he came in and fixed it. I did the credit card thing over the phone. I would use him again and I would recommend him.

Ryan was on time as previously agreed upon. Very professional in dress and work. Very competent on the spring replacement.He also checked out our other garage door and did some minor adjustments. Provided a clean bill of health on both door systems. Thanks for the great job.

Both the company and the technician, Jarad, were exceptional. My son accidentally backed through the garage door on a Saturday morning, rushing to get to a graduation party. The bottom panel of the door was so badly bent that the door wouldn't move and his car was stuck in the garage. I called Don's about noon and they said a technician could be at our house by 2. Jarad actually got there about 1:45. He was friendly and gentle with my son's mistake. He got the door down after taking off the bottom panel so I felt a little more secure. We got the new door ordered and he showed up again on Monday, right on time, to install it. It looks great and is much more quiet than before. I'm very pleased and will always use Don's for any garage door needs. Excellent company.

I had movers scheduled the following day and the garage opener stopped working. I called Don's Garage Doors and they sent someone out that afternoon. Kelly called 15 minutes before he arrived. He quickly found the problem, a broken gear. Not only did he replace the gear, he adjusted the springs which had been too loose which contributed to the gear breaking. Kelly was the ultimate professional and quickly fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the service that was provided.

They did great. The worker was very helpful. I have got no complaints at all. He informed us that we had a busted motor and he was able to get another motor for us without us having to pay extra. He was very professional and got the work done quickly. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

The service turned out very good. I did end up calling them later on, to have my garage door replaced, and all that kind of stuff, and I was very pleased with their work. The service was very efficient, professional, he came out and did a good job. I had called them back months later. I thought the price was good.
