Don's Garage Doors

Arrived quickly, had the product I needed in stock, performed all work and helped with extras like linking car to new opener and moving a keypad.

One of the springs broke on my garage door. Called Don's Garage Doors and they were very polite and helpful. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He replaced both springs and performed a general inspection of the garage door hardware. The inspection revealed worn bearings on one of the wheels so I opted to have all of the wheels replaced with new vinyl coated wheels. The technician also lubed and tested the garage door. The work was performed in an efficient and professional manner. The experience with Don's Garage Doors was very positive. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future garage door needs.

Very positive experience. I called on a Friday and they sent someone over the next day. The technician did a garage door tune-up. He replaced the steel rollers with nylon ones, lubricated all moving parts and looked for any aspects of the systems that needed repair. It is a much quiter door now! The price is a bit high for what I received, but I would use them again. The technician was courteous, professional and answered all my questions.

I heard of a special deal for a garage door tune up on Tom Martino's radio show. I gave them a call and Ryan showed up on time the next day. He did the work in about 40 minutes. My door now works quieter and smoother than ever. I could not be happier with this service.

The company was very responsive to my service request for the broken door spring and Kelly gave options and quick pricing on new doors and sold me on the long term value of replacement. I could not do doors and openers on both doors as this would have added about 800 to the overall cost which seemed a little high for openers but overall it was a good service experience and the doors work great and are smooth, quiet, and are far better sealing against weather as I work in my garage a lot in the winter. Also the doors came in various colors which ultimately made the look even better and matched the house paint and Look... NO PAINTING. Two small negatives to report though. Kelly stapled his business card above the opener switches in the garage to the wall. Probably not the best thing beings the walls had recently been textured and painted. The other is the outside keypad on one door no longer worked after the install so a little more thorough job walk thru at the end on his (and my) part would be wise. Minor problems though.

They are the best ever. Whenever we call them, they usually can come out that day or within the next day. They do an excellent job and they go above and beyond.

i called and told them the problem. THey gave me an estimate over the phone and we agreed on a time within 24 hours. They were there on time (-actually early by 15 minutes) called to let me know they were on their way. The associated was friendly, professional, explained the process, fixed it in a timely manner, and was off. I wish I could remember his name. He was outstanding both in knowledge, ability, and demeanor. He even fixed a previous problem that I was having without my asking him to. No extra charge.

I found Don's on Angie's List and the phone was quickly answered by a real person, I was on hold for 30 seconds or so and my call was promptly handled. I explained the job and was told that a truck could be there in less than 3 hours, if I was going to be available. The service call was scheduled for 1:30pm and the technician was on time and started work immediately. The job was completed in under 2 hours and the door fit correctly and the opener worked up to expectation. The technician provided me the manual and opener and asked if I had any questions. I didn't have any questions and the technician clean up his work area of any residue and left the area as clean as when he found it.

Don's was great--they were incredibly flexible. I had scheduled an appointment and had to cancel at the last minute, but they could not have been any nicer. They rescheduled for me twice and arrived bright and early on Saturday morning. Seth was very professional and quick and the garage works like new. It never felt like he was trying to up-sell me and he told me how to maintain the door so that I won't need to see them for several years. I couldn't be more pleased.

Garage door spring broke and door wouldn't open. I called around 8 am and someone was at my house by noon. FOund the problem, fixed it and was gone.

We had something like a broom handle get caught in the track of the garage door and it caused both the cables to come off the drums. We had no idea on how to fix it, so I called Don's Garage Doors after finding them on Angies List. Everyone was very responsive from the time I called to the completion of work. They worked around my schedule and were prompt and polite. Ryan took one look at the door and gave me an price of $95 to fix it, which I thought was very reasonable. It took him 30 minutes and he tested everything before he left and made sure it meet my satisfaction. The door has never worked better!

Seth and Kelly were professional and thorough. I appreciated their quick work, simple explanation, and solid work.

The gentlemen had the door working as it should in 15-20 minutes. checked for loose bolts lubed and ajusted the door.

The were very helpful from the first phone call when I set up the appointment, they were prompt, and did what they said they would do. They also said it would take about a half hour and it did. I would recommend them and use them again.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Tammy (the phone person and appointment coordinator) was friendly and prompt. Seth fixed our door and went out of his way to ensure that all the doors were working properly. We received no information about the door openers when we purchased our house, so his input was invaluable.

I hired them to do routine maintenance on the garage door. They arrived on time and as important, they took the time to do the job right. They didn't just run it, squirt some oil on the chain and then run out. They also didn't try to sell me a new door. They told me that the door I had was a good one and that all that it required was maintenance. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

Leif, the tech, was at the house within a couple of hours arriving on time as scheduled. He was courteous, explained everything, and made valuable suggestions without any pressure. He was neat and respectful of property. I could not have asked for a better experience. The door is working like a charm!!!
