Don's Garage Doors Ince provided excellent service. He saw that there were some connecting screws that connected to the door that were missing. He replaced them are no extra charge. He explained to me how to keep the Garage Door in goood working condition. Was very satisfied with the service and will use them again!

When Kelly, the technician who fixed our door, showed up (on-time, within the 2-hour window that was scheduled) he was very professional and knew immediately what the problwm was. He fixd the problem and also explained a number of things about our door and opener. I am very pleased with the service received. Their business card is now stapled to our garage door and I will call them if I need anything in the future.

I called Don's Garage Doors Inc. interested in quieting our garage door so the kids didn't wake up every time it was opened or closed. Don's scheduled me that afternoon and got the work done exceeding my expectations. John (technician) showed up on time and could not have been a nicer guy. He explained the issues causing the noise and how he would be able to help. He also showed me some regular maintenance tips so I can keep the door quiet for years to come. If/when I need additional repairs or a new door I will call Don's without hesitation.

The experience was very very good. We had installed a garage door opener from one of the big box retailers and installed it ourselves. We continued to have problems with the opener and had the manufacturer send us several rounds of parts under the warranty and nothing was fixing the problem. We purchased the Angie's list deal for Don's Garage Doors to tune up and service the garage door - during the visit, the technician was able to repair what several calls to the manufacturer could not. In addition, they fixed the balance, tuned up the entire system, and installed new rollers that significantly reduced the noise of the door. We would highly recommend Don's Garage Doors.

These guys are the best. I discovered that the spring was broken early on a Friday morning with both cars in the garage. I called Don at 7:30 when they opened. He said they were pretty busy that day and couldn't guarantee a time within a four-hour range. (I expected him to say they couldn't schedule it until the following week). I work at home, so that wasn't a problem. His guy called me about four hours later and said he was on his way. He replaced both springs and suggested that I might want him to replace the rollers as well (for $80), because the old ones didn't have ball bearings and were likely to wear out before much longer. I told him to do it. The guy was great. He had the whole thing done in less than 90 minutes, and the door works great.

Overall it was as good as I could expect. They did everything they said they would do and more.

Extremely pleased and will definitely use again. We actually had work completed on the same day at 2 addresses within 1/2 mile of each other. Sterling the tech was very nice, punctual and professional. The prices were exactly as I was quoted by Dustin when I scheduled the appointments. My condo was $ 88 and no upcharge over orginal quote. He reattched cables and gave door a tune-up. He then made sure everthing was well tested and running smoothly. Our house was $128 for the same service plus we needed new sensors since old ones were broken. Again this was the orginal price quoted over the phone. I love ther was no over-selling and no surprises.

Very good job! I have an older garage that took several hours longer than expected. He did not increase the estimated price, and did a wonderful job of replacing my garage door. Very professional, polite, and responsive. His estimate was as good if not better than others I received.

Our door spring broke on a Saturday close to closing. We called and Sterling showed up within 45 minutes. Not only did he fix the problem but he went above and beyond by fixing/adjusting the garage door opener that was installed improperly by the previous home owner. My description doesn't due justice to the work he performed and the extra help he gave us. I would recommend this company in a heart beat. Sterling was great.

I had 3 garage doors that were damaged in a recent hail storm. I called 3 of the top rated companies from Angies list that are located in my area. Don's Garage doors inc responded right away and set up a time to inspect the doors and give me a estimate. They agreed to meet me at 6:00 pm for the estimate. I called Don's Friday morning to schedule service, Jared was able to do the work by the following Tuesday. When the work was completed, Jared notified us that one of the window inserts was out of stock and he would install it as soon as he could get it delivered. On Friday, Jared showed up to install the window bracket. He also noticed a very small defect in one of the panels that I had not noticed. Jared replaced the panel that same day without question. Jared did a great job of installing the doors and cleaning up after himself. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone.Jared, thanks for the work and professional service.Jake

The serviceman was good. He wasn't in a hurry and took time to explain a few things about my door. The service I got was a tune up with the nylon rollers. I ended up purchasing an additional door opener from him, which was very convenient. We talked about some other changes and upgrades to my 3rd bay door which was broken at the time. Overall he was very nice, on time, and performed the work as requested.

We were trapped in our garage by a broken spring. We called Don's Garage Doors about 3:45pm. They were to be at our house between 4:30 and 5:30pm. Don called us aboiut 5:10 to let us know that he was stuck in traffic on Santa Fe and would arrive as soon as they could. Don and another technician arrived about 5:45pm. They replaced the broken springs, lubed the door hinges and replaced rollers - within one hour. This reduced the door noise significantly. Before they started work, Don weighed my garage door and determined that the existing springs were too small for the weight of the door. This made a lot of sense to me because I had replaced the springs twice before, in the 12 years we have been in this house. I unequivocally recommend Don's garage Doors for any garage door problem and will use them exclusively if I have another problem.

Kelly replaced the circuit board in garage door opener which was fried and causing the opener to not function. I called them and they were at the house doing the repair within a few hours. I purchased a coupon online and used it minutes later, which saved us $75 on the bill. Everything went smoothly and we are very satisfied.

Sterling is very knowledgable about garage doors. He told me exactly what I needed and what the warranty was on each part. He came with the tools necessary to fix my garage door. My spring broke and some of my rollers were bad. He was very prompt and needed little attention from me.

Tammy called from Don's Garage Door & wanted to schedule a time to come & look at our old system. Jared came out on July 11, 2012 & realized that our old opener wouldn't work with the new door, so we ended up having to purchase an opener directly from Don's Garage Door. We had to put down a down payment for opener which I did over the phone by giving them my cc #. They called a couple of weeks later right before we left for vacation & wanted to install new door. New door & opener were installed July 26, 2012. Jared stated that I needed to call the office to make the final payment. I called the office as soon as Jared left on July 26, 2012 & told Dustin to charge my cc (Tammy & Don were in background talking to Dustin about the final charge--could hear them better than Dustin); they had been keeping my cc# on file since July 16, 2012 without my knowledge--who does this & doesn't get the cardholders approval to do so? When we returned home, I checked the mail for a receipt from Don's Garage Door but there wasn't one. I called on August 13, 2012--talked to Dustin & he promised to call back later---never called back. I called back on August 14, 2012; talked to Tammy & told her I needed a receipt--I gave her my email & she emailed me a copy of cc receipt but not a detailed invoice from the company showing what the payment was for. I emailed her back & stated I needed a detailed invoice for our insurance company & our records. Then I noticed the receipt was dated August 14, 2012 not July 26, 2012 when I called to make payment with cc after the door was installed. I sent another email asking why my cc wasn't charged when I called July 26, 2012 & why they still had my cc# on file when I stated to charge my cc on July 26, 2012 & remove my cc# from their file. As of August 15, 2012; this issue has yet to be resolved. Resolved

I called about 11 and they sent someone over about 2:30. One of the springs had broken. The technician suggested replacing both springs at the same time to avoid the same problem occuring again. He was fast and professional. He answered my questions and was very professional.

They were very nice and very prompt to arrive. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem and had the tools and parts to fix the spring. I will use them for any other issues I may have.

One of the best service providers I have ever hired! Came out during a blizzard to instal a new garage door for us. Took the time to do things right and left a very good impression on us! We will definitely be calling them back for future garage door needs!
