They are one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The person who came out was knowledgeable and took his time to be thorough. He answered all my questions and I felt he went above and beyond.

This was an Angie's List Big deal, where I paid 89 and they came out and gave my garage door a tune-up and replaced all the rollers. This was a great experience, and exactly what an Angie's List Deal should be, I bought the certificate, called Don's Garage Doors, scheduled the appointment, and they came out, performed a detailed inspection and talked to us about what to watch out for with our particular door, then performed the service and installed the rollers. Hopefully, I won't ever have an issue with garage door now that it's been maintained, but if I do, I will definitely call these guys.

Don's Garage Doors showed up on time, they did a good job, they cleaned up any mess and they gave me good advise on what to do and the size of the motor. I liked them.

The gentleman was on time. He explained all services before beginning and "taught' me how to use the keypad! i was a bit nervous about this. He also explained that I did NOT need anything but minor adjusting and lubricating of the door!

Excellent from start to finish as I could not open the garage door, even manually after releasing the door from the opener mechanism.

It went fantastic. The young man was friendly and professional. He explained everything he did and even changed all the lightbulbs in my garage and cleaned the garage opener.

I have installed several openers myself but wanted it done fast and while I was working on other projects.Technician was fast, efficient and knew what he was doing. I would defnitely call them again.

To avoid being locked out of my house again, I purchased the Angie's list deal to have the external access installed and the garage door serviced. After servicing/lubricating the garage door, the technician removed the old key access point that didn't work and replaced it. He explained how to add temporary access codes for contractors and how to change the code for security. excellent job...excellent instruction.

The door was stuck in the closed position. I was going nowhere.I phoned for the repair and grabbed a book. Before I knew it the repairman arrived and the job as completed. Great !

Service was very punctual and helpful, easy to schedule and flexible on timing. When working on the tune-up he provided helpful suggestions including safety cables installed on the springs and some worn equipment replacement. While finishing the work, one of the springs snapped on one door - he replaced at half cost for labor, but no discount on the parts. While I don't think anything dishonest was going on, I was surprised that he charged full price for something that broke while he was working on it. Pricing for the general service he was called out to perform was very reasonable, in-line with others I called, but after a few weeks, this aspect bothers me, so that is reason for pricing grade above.

Don's did a great job, was on-time, tidy and quick. The tech immediately knew what the problem was.

Talked to Don on the first call and got an appointment for first thing the next morning. Don is very personable. He was able to troubleshoot over the phone by having me take specific digital photos and sending them by text message. Perfect, we both knew the truck would have the parts needed to do the job on the first trip. Garrit arrived at the appointed time w/a pre-call notice. He was also very personable. Fixed the problem and performed maintenance. Advised about future of this old door. Estimate was right on. I would not hesitate to use again or refer.

Don's Garage Doors was easy to schedule and the technician was punctual. The technician called about 10 minutes ahead of his scheduled time to let me know he was coming. Once he arrived, he was professional and proceeded to tell me the things that might go wrong with a garage door lifter. He walked me through the mechanisms, what needed routine maintenance and could be done by the homeowner, and the mechanisms that needed professional adjustment for the homeowner safety. The technician took the time to explain what he was doing and how I could do something myself. Having this kind of instruction was very helpful. Next time I'll know when to call a technician and when I can service something myself.

Called early a.m.; technician was there before noon. Efficient andknowlegeable. Have used this company before - would not call anyone else.

We had one of our tension springs break and called Don?s to have them replaced. They did a great job and we also changed out the rollers when they were here. The garage door was back in operation and was more quite than before with the new rollers. Great job ? we will call Don?s again this spring to have them tune up our other garage door.

The Service Technician after determining that the opener was working in good order and that the problem was the 50 year old garage door. We decided to replace it and they were able to do it the very next day, which amazed me, Thought it would be at least 3 weeks for it to be built and shipped. Not the case. I was very happy with the ease and professionalism. We will be using them to replace Garage Doors in Evergreen later this year.

He arrived on time, answered all my husbands questions and replaced worn parts as well as offering an opener replacement for the contracted 'tune up' fee. Great experience!
