Description of Work: We are having issues getting pay per view using our remote due to the way our phone line is set up. They went above and beyond to set up this service. Customer service was really great and they even gave us some free movies for the inconvenience!

Description of Work: Troubleshooting cause of satellite dish service not working on one receiver. He was very thorough in checking for proper cables, etc. He finally discovered that the outside cable had been cut, probably by a contractor working in my yard. He was able to repair it and get the service working w/o charge!

+ -1 moreGREAT! THE PRICE NEVER CHANGES. I HAVE NO TROUBLE AT ALL WITH THE RECEPTION. THEY ARE PROMPT AND HELPFUL WHENEVER I NEED TO CALL THEM AND THEY HAVE A GREAT PROGRAM FOR EARNING MONEY BY RECRUITING OTHER CUSTOMERS. I AM VERY HAPPY I SWITCHED TO THEM.
Description of Work: THIS AMOUNT IS FOR A 2 YEAR CONTRACT. IT IS $50.00 PER MONTH FOR THEIR SECOND-LEVEL LINE UP OF CHANNELS, WITH PAY PER VIEW. I HAVE COMPLETE INSURANCE COVERAGE INCLUDED, BECAUSE I DID SIGN A CONTRACT. ALSO, IT WILL BE FREE TO MOVE ALL THE EQUIPMENT INCLUDING THE DISH WHEN I MOVE.
