The television service itself is fine. The service to install the equipment and the customer service afterward is horrible. They offered an enticement deal to add additional services (NFL package, HD), but won't honor the offer. We've talked to them at least 10 times and the story changes each time. The original installer had the wrong order. He apparently did not speak or read english well. It took them several tries to get the equipment that we ordered. They NEVER got the service right. If we had another choice, we would not use them. But, there is not other choice where we live other than satellite. We're commited by a contract. Extremely frustrating.

My husband called for a quote and was told that he would have to give our credit card number in order to get a quote. After quote, we decided cost was too much and declined service. My bank account was drafted for $25.00 the very same day. They said they could not credit our account. They said the bank would get it straight after 10 days. So, without a care in the world, they have tied up our money like it is nothing. We are retired and $25.00 is a lot to us. The people were very rude and abusive. We will never deal with these thieves again. We had to tell them over and over and they would not listen to us.

They were prompt and very courteous. They gave me an average demonstration on how to work my remote. They did not fix the issues that I had which was a not very clear picture. Their billing was confusing. I found out on a promotional offer, that was two months ago and I have not seen it kick in yet. So I had to pay full price for a couple of months.
Description of Work: I had them come out and install the directv service. They charge per month and I have a year and half contract.
